Posto immerso nel verde e nel silenzio a 10 minuti di macchina dalla Spezia - conveniente e comodo!
Pro: La struttura e' immersa nel verde e ha viste nelle colline. Posto pacifico e silenzioso, ideale per una visita nei dintorni di La Spezia. Ottima location per visitare le Cinque Terre, Porto Venere, Porto Fino e Genova. La struttura e' a 10 minuti di macchina dalla stazione dei treni di La Spezia. Francesco e' stato gentilissimo e ci ha dato degli ottimi consigli. Colazione per 5 euro a testa con pane, marmellata, caffe, yogurt e muffin.
Contro: Siamo arrivati che stava piovendo e c'era stata anche una bomba d'acqua un paio d'ore prima di arrivare. C'era abbastanza puzza che veniva dal water (probabilmente un problema alle fogne) ma abbiamo chiuso la porta ed il giorno dopo e' migliorato. C'era solo un cestino piccolino in bagno, sarebbe stato ideale averne un'altro in camera. Tutto sommato pero' ci siamo trovati benissimo e lo consigliamo vivamente.

Eccezionale.
Pro: Semplicemente fantastico. Il proprietario Francesco è super gentile. La cuoca Sabrina simpaticissima e bravissima. La struttura è perfetta e si fa fatica a lasciarla. Bellissima terrazza sui colli, appartamento enorme. Il borgo è un incanto.
Contro: Nulla.

Authentic Italian farmhouse
Pro: Absolutely perfect location, clean and quiet. there is a donkey and sheeps so if you travel with kids they will enjoy the interaction a lot. Also the personnel is very friendly and helpful, however you might have troubles if you don't speak Italian :)
Contro: it is not necessarily a dislike, more a matter of taste, but the property is quite old-school so if you expect glamour, this is not the place for you. I still liked it.

Quiet, peaceful, atmospheric
Pro: Perfect place to take a break from the fast pacing life. Beautiful area, peaceful and quiet, atmospheric. Super nice staff (thank you Francesco!), basically everything you need to relax and enjoy the nature.

Pro: L'emplacement de la maison est vraiment dépaysant, situé sur les hauteurs de la Spezia, une vue s'offre sur les montagnes, attention ne convient pas à tout le monde surtout si vous recherchez des activités, l'endroit est à 15 min du centre ville, ce n'est pas rien si l'on souhaite bouger, a prendre en compte donc, je dirais que c'est vraiment idéal si l'on cherche calme et repos, une piscine est a disposition pour ce rafraîchir c'est top, les propriétaires sont accueillants et a l'écoute, si vous avez besoin ne pas hésiter a leurs demander conseils.
Contro: Je ne dirais pas que je n'ai pas apprécié, le séjour été parfait mais nous sommes arrivés lors de la canicule et il n'y a pas de climatisation, peut être prévoir des ventilateur pour combler...

Pro: Die Lage ist super toll. Die Unterkunft bietet 3 Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett zwei Einzelbetten und einem Einzelbett. Eine Küche mit allem was man braucht einen wohn und essbereich und einem Bad. Aller dings kann man das Bad nicht Abschließen und die Tür ist auch sehr dünn, das könnte etwas stören wenn man nicht mit der Familie reist. Es ist sehr ruhig und angenehm vor allem weil die Gegend drum herum ziemlich touristisch ist, ist es toll wen man abends zurück kommt und entspannen kann. Ich kann es nur empfehlen vor allem wenn man sich Cinque Terre und la spezia anschauen will. Es gibt einen kleinen Waldweg mit dem man in ca. 20 min Fußweg am Rande von La spezia ist. Es gibt auch genügend Parkplätze und wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt.
Contro: Das Geschirr und die Töpfe waren etwas dreckig so, dass wir alles vor Gebrauch nochmal abgewaschen haben. Das lag aber wahrscheinlich an den Besuchern vor uns und nicht an den Gastgebern.
