Pro: Location number one - close to the beaches and just a stroll away from the shops/ restaurants. The host is super friendly and very generous. I strongly recommend this place to everyone. Shops and restaurants are at easy reach/ just a perfect spot !!!

Perfect place for wonderful vacation

Pro: I like this lovely apartment! Location is superb. So close to the sea and the strand. It is quite spacious, very clean with everything needed to feel yourself like at home. I was working remotely and internet was very quick. There are lots of nice places to eat nearby, station is relatively close for travel to Cinque Terre e Portofino. Silvia is always helpful and attentive. I would like to return again to this nice town and the apartment!

Und gefällt Chiavari jedesmal besser!

Pro: FeWo, also haben wir unser eigenes Frühstück genossen.

Contro: Alles war sehr angenehm und passend für einen normalen Urlaub. Lediglich das Sofa war etwas instabil, weil als Bett verwendbar. Die Lage zum Strand und Spielplatz sowie Promenade, alles optimal.

Super rapport qualité et prix et logement très bien situé.

Pro: L’emplacement, au bord de la mer, à côté des restaurants et de la plage. Hôte très disponible et serviable.

Contro: L’hôte était très disponible mais un peu envahissant. Nous avons reçu énormément de messages divers lors de notre séjour. Concernant l’arrivée autonome, pour avoir les codes pour entrer dans l’appartement, nous avons dû transmettre l’heure exacte d’arrivée. Nous avons reçu les codes 1h avant par WhatsApp… Heureusement, que j’ai un abonnement internet avec réseau à l’étranger… Pour le départ, nous devions également transmettre l’heure exacte, pour qu’elle vienne récupérer la clef et les taxes de séjour en main propre.

Yeah!

Pro: Perfekt geschnittene, gut ausgestattete Wohnung einige Meter vom Strand entfernt. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, es war alles perfekt. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit.

Contro: Nichts. Kostenfreie Parkplätze etwa 20 mn von der Unterkunft entfernt. Für die Nahversorgung ist kein Auto nötig, zwei Supermärkte sind fußläufig in 5 bzw 8 Minuten erreichbar.

angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Pro: Gut und zweckmässig eingerichtet, bequemes Bett, in ein paar Schritten ist man am Strand. manchmal ist der Zug zu hören, hat mich aber nicht gestört. Er ist DAS Fortbewegungsmittel in der Umgebung:-)
