Pro: Alloggio molto grande,accogliente e pulito dotato di ogni servizio Posizione a 10 minuti dal centro e dalla stazione Host super reattivo e molto gentile

Ottimo soggiorno

Pro: Casa accogliente, ottima pulizia, finemente arredata, dotata di lavatrice (stendi panni), pentole, e servizi per la tavola, sapone per le mani e il corpo, phon e servizi per la pulizia. Sanitari funzionanti perfettamente, acqua calda. Letto comodissimo e cuscini morbidi. Nell'armadio presente diverse coperte e plaid da poter aggiungere alla trapunta matrimoniale. Appartamento silenzioso. (Stanno facendo lavori per mettere l'ascensore ma, quasi non si sentivano). Si trova in posizione centrale, ben rifornita di mezzi, vicina a supermercato, bar e farmacia. Proprietario gentile e disponibile, comunicazione veloce ed efficace. Per quel poco che ci sono stata mi sono sentita a casa. Consigliato

Contro: Il soggiorno è stato ottimo, non mi sono piaciute piccolezze. Quarto piano senza ascensore (ma lo stanno mettendo!). Nonostante la spiegazione del proprietario, non sono riuscita a fare partire i termosifoni, ma la colpa è stata mia. In ogni modo, a casa si stava bene. Mancanza di appendini per le giacche all'entrata

Pro: L'appartamento è comodo e confortevole, i proprietari si sono dimostrati sempre disponibili. Risulta facile trovare parcheggio nelle vie adiacenti. Consigliato.

Pro: Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura e posso dire soltanto che e come sentirsi a casa,ambiente pulitissimo,cucina super atrezzata e tutto il occorente per poter trascorrere delle giornate in pieno relax...proprietario sempre presente ,ritonero sicuramente

Great value, spacious apartment with lots of restaurants andgrocery options nearby.

Pro: A great apartment that is just a 30 minute walk to the harbour. If going to Cinque Terre, or arriving in La Spezia then use the Las Spezia Migliarina train station as it is much closer to this apartment than the Centrale station. Excellent host who immediately helped us with a little issue with the fridge.

Contro: At the time we stayed the lift was being replaced so there were 80 stairs to climb - was fine for us, but may be difficult for some,

Great property❤️

Pro: The property is great, we loved our stay there so much❤️ It is very close to the train station, close to supermarkets. The space is spacious and bright and both of the balconies offer a pitoresque italian view🥰 We thank the host for the hospitality🙏 and we definitely recommend the place🥳

Contro: Our stay was in August so it was very hot. The apartment is at the last floor (4th) and it was even hotter. The air conditioning was not working properly so it became a bit difficult with the heat, but we had an air fan that helped a lot so it was no biggie after all :)

Very good apartment

Pro: A very good apartment . The train station is close by and it takes around 6 min to la Spezia Centrale. The apartment has all utilities including a good Wifi connection, for those who have to work as well. The host is very helpful and he has answered very fast to all the messages.

Lovely apartment in a nice neighborhood

Pro: The apartment was super good and comfortable with spacious rooms. It is located in a perfect place, near to all transportation.

Pro: The apartment is spacious, very bright, clean. Warm in winter thanks to individual gas heating; it has air conditioning for summer. There's a great view from two balconies. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and washing machine. The bedroom has a comfortable bed, and the living room features a recliner armchair, a large corner sofa, and a 50-inch TV. Nearby, there's a huge Esselunga supermarket, and a bit further, a Lidl. The train station is a 10-minute walk away. Direct bus to Portovenere nearby. The area appears to be extremely safe and peaceful. Excellent host.

Pro: Very large apartment with everything neccessary for a comfortable stay. Bed was very comfortable and the host was very facilitating allowing very easy check-in and check-out process.
