Pro: Appartamento nuovo, arredato con cura, fornito di tutti i servizi, riscaldamento autonomo ottimo. Presenza di una piccola fornitura per la colazione. Vicino alla stazione Migliarina che consente di raggiungere facilmente le 5 terre.

Contro: Bidet troppo vicino alla lavatrice

Pro: La struttura rispetta le caratteristiche presentate sul sito. Molto apprezzata la disponibilità di alcuni prodotti per la colazione. Host cortese nel fornire informazioni.

Excellent appartment in a convenient location.

Pro: The property is well appointed, spacious and well equipped, we had a really comfortable stay here. The host was very easy to contact and gave some fabulous local advice and was always quick to answer questions. The location of the property is convenient for the station, a bit further to walk into the town centre but there are busses to catch. The apartment had everything we needed and was the perfect place to return after a long hot day exploring.

WE found the bed, washroom, and kitchen all simply but very appropriately appointed.

Pro: Good parking in the area. Very close to the train station. La Spezia is a spread-out town and the immediate area doesn't offer any real attractions, but the proximity to the train means you are back and forth to Cinque Terre in minutes. Great local grocery stores and a very nice old Italian pub put you in close proximity to food - to make or buy. Well equipped kitchen.

Contro: Make sure to bring a USB charger. Hallway was a tad dark. The street parking was challenging but the best parking is around the corner near the train station. It's a beach-house not by proximity but by decoration and theme. No real views but still open and friendly environment.

Pro: Beautiful, comfortable apartment. Had the most wonderful 4 days exploring Cinque Terre each day. 5 minute walk to station and then trains direct to the ‘Five Lands’. Silvia incredible; nothing too much trouble and communication outstanding! A really memorable stay.

Perfect stay with all you need

Pro: Brilliant apartment close to train station for easy daily access to Cinque Terre. Apartment had everything you need and perfect host for check in etc. Highly recommend

Pro: The house was immaculately clean and a nice modern fit-out. It was located in a quiet local neighbourhood close to La Spezia's second railway station, just an eight-minute train ride into the city centre or twenty minute bus ride.

Fabulous apartment just out of the main centre

Pro: A very short walk from La Spezia’s 2nd train station. The apartment is spacious, has clearly been decorated with care and is beautifully maintained. Local restaurants not to be missed and large new supermarket and it’s cafe are excellent

Contro: It’s about 3 miles into the main centre so access to a wider choice of restaurants is a bit of a hassle but it’s location is what makes it such great value for money.

Awesome find

Pro: The host was awesome. Silvia provided us with a lot of useful information. The accommodation is the best I've had on this 5 week trip. It was clean, roomy, easy to find, and included a washing machine. The accommodation was a 5 minute walk close to the alternative La Spezia station. There were plenty of food options nearby.
