Value for money

Pro: The apartment was spacious, and everything was clean. The host was incredibly friendly and helped us organize our trip, even suggesting some nice places to eat. Plus, there's a lovely porch to relax on. The location is convenient if you have a car, and there's a bus stop nearby.

Contro: There was no shampoo and rubbish bags.

Pro: Il Parco Alloggio was very clean & in a quiet residential location.

Contro: We originally based our accommodation around a visit to Cinque Terre. So quite ideal. However, due to the weather we had time to visit other areas like Floredmce, Lerici Portofino & travelled by train. Pisa station was a frequent visit ,so for this reason we may have chosen Pisa as a base & not La Spezia Migliarino. Louis did meet us at the location, however more visual need maybe on Booking.com We love the sunshine ,next door Il Parco Eva has a sunny terrace. Our accomodation was in the shade until mid morning.

Clean, comfy, peaceful stay for 3!

Pro: We really enjoyed our room! La Spezia was the first stop on our Italy trip so we struggled to find the apartment at first but the hosts were easy to contact when we arrived, met us at the apartment and kindly explained basic information about the neighbourhood. The place was clean, comfortable, and spacious for the three of us. Having extra sheets for the pull out sofa bed, heating & a laundry machine were big highlights for us. We appreciated exploring and being in a quieter neighbourhood but it is important to account for extra travel time to and from La Spezia Centrale train station especially at night since buses come less frequently. Otherwise we highly recommend staying at Il Parco!

Contro: On our first night the hot water briefly stopped working but we contacted Luigi who came by the next morning to check and there were no other issues for the rest of our stay.

Heerlijk thuiskomen na stevige wandelingen in Cinque Terre

Pro: Zeer mooi, aangenaam, netjes en rustig gelegen appartement op gelijkvloers, met een heerlijk terras. De foto's komen overeen met de werkelijkheid.

Pro: El apartamento era amplio, tenía una terraza muy aprovechable y la ubicación era buena y tenía muchos servicios a mano. Nos hicieron una recomendación de un sitio para comer, fuimos y la verdad es que la comida estaba buenísima por un precio económico.

Contro: Por poner un pero, creo que debería tener microondas.

Pro: A anfitriã que nos recebeu, Titti, foi incrivelmente simpática e nos deu imensas dicas de onde ir e o que fazer. A casa tem máquina de lavar roupa, o que nos ajudou imenso. A localização é perto de uma estação de comboios que para nós foi suficiente para visitarmos as Cinque Terre. A casa era muito confortável.

Contro: A cozinha é simples e tem o suficiente para fazer comida algumas vezes, contudo ter um forno ou microondas facilitaria muito as refeições em casa.

Magnifique !

Pro: Magnifique appartement, très confortable, pratique, climatisé et avec une agréable terrasse. L endroit est idéale pour aller visiter les 5 terres, proche du centre, de la gare et du port pour la visite en bateau . De plus parking gratuit juste devant. Nous y avons passé un séjour très agréable et le recommandons à tout nos amis et à tous. Merci Louigi

Paysages magnifiques et villages pittoresques à visiter

Pro: Apparemment très fonctionnel, proche de la gare de Migliarina. Il est possible de se déplacer facilement à pied sur la voie principale menant à la Spezia

Pro: Super liebe Vermieter, die uns mit Ausflugstipps und Restaurantempfehlungen versorgt haben. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und die Terrasse ist super.
