Pro: La vicinanza alla bella Chiavari, raggiungibile a piedi
Contro: La mancanza di parcheggio libero (ma é un problema di tutta la zona) e la ventola del bagno cieco che si accende automaticamente con la luce (piuttosto fastidiosa quando non necessaria)

Pro: La casa è in una posizione comoda per tutti i servizi e per andare in spiaggia. Ci siamo trovati molto bene anche con l'host, sempre gentile e disponibile! Consigliato!

Absolutely fantastic accommodation. A home from home.
Pro: The location, price, facilities, communication were all fantastic. I couldn't have asked for more, they provide everything you need for short or long stays and Lino makes the instructions for check-in easy.The bed was comfy and the apartment is nicely laid out. Nice and close to shops, the beach, Chiavari and it's in a nice safe area. I'm very grateful for this stay and for 5 nights I felt I had my own little Italian home :)
Contro: The only reason I can't give a perfect 10/10 score is because of the neighbours directly above. They are so disrespectfully loud until 1:30am. This is not the fault of the owner and even though this was the case every night, it was still worth it for the price and I would go back again. It was a shame but when on holiday you make the most of it and move on. Something to bear in mind though if you're a light sleeper and don't speak Italian to ask them to keep the noise down.

Pro: Расположение замечательное, магазины рядом, до моря 10-15 мин пешком. Каждый день в Лаванье праздники с музыкой. С велосипедами хозяев у нас получились отличные прогулки. На велосипедах ездили в Кьявари, на поезде в Сестри Леванто, Портофино. Попутешествовали.

Buena relación precio-calidad. Limpio y cálido
Pro: El colchón y las almohadas cómodas, todo estaba limpio y calentito, la ducha muy bien, la cocina esta bastante bien equipada, nos ofrecieron bicicletas, que aunque no las usamos, para mí es un lindo detalle.
Contro: La cama en el armario no me gustó por el hecho de tener que sacarla, pero es comprensible dado que el departamento es muy pequeño. La llave de entrada un poco dura, pero nada inmanejable, súper segura. No me gusta que me cobren la tasa turística si no nos devuelven un recibo de lo pagado...

Pro: O apartamento é relativamente perto da estação de trem é bem perto de tudo, restaurantes, padarias e mercados. A casa disponibiliza duas bicicletas o que facilita e se torna um plus para passear para as outras praias por perto. Estava extremamente limpo TUDO, a cozinha tem tudo pra fazer qualquer comida, tamanho perfeito pra duas pessoas, a cama e poltronas super confortáveis. A VISTA DA SACADINHA, simplesmente TUDO, linda!! Cidade é bem pequena, mas apaixonante e perto dos mares mais lindos do Mediterrâneo

Einfach angenehm und komme wieder!
Pro: Die Lage ist perfekt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und man hat ca 10 min zu Fuss in die Altstadt, an den Strand, zum Einkaufen oder zum Bahnhof. Die Wohnung Incl. Küche und Bad ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Man hat genügend Handtücher und Decken und auch die Heizung die ich manchmal am Abend brauchte, funktionierte gut. Und es war alles sehr sauber.
Contro: Heute kommuniziert man fast ausschliesslich über whatsup, was in diesem Falle sehr gut funktionierte. Hätte aber sehr gerne die Vermieter kennengelernt. Den Austausch zwischen den Menschen, wenn auch nur kurz, kann man nicht mit der Technik ersetzen.
