Pro: Lo spazio esterno è molto grande e ben tenuto. La posizione della casa è ottima: in pochi minuti si raggiungono a piedi il centro e la spiaggia. È una buona soluzione per chi, come noi, ha bambini.

Contro: La pulizia degli spazi poteva essere più accurata.

Clean and comfortable place in a good location

Pro: Comfortable place with nice terrace. Nicolo met us to hand the keys and explain things - he was very helpful

Contro: We were unlucky that it rained - not the property's fault though!

For the price ratio, I would recommend working on the equipment and modernization of the bathroom.

Pro: The location was fantastic, located right behind the oldest church. Really the best location in the heart of the old town. Close to the beach and town center.

Contro: Retro kitchen equipment, a wine corkscrew was completely missing. In Italy, therefore, a very important thing.

Nice place for holidays as well as visiting 5 Terre.

Pro: The location is very good, especially for visiting 5 Terre. It’s comfortable to have the backyard to park the car and keep eg. bicycles as well as eat breakfast or have fun with kids.

Contro: It’s worth to mention that apartment doesn’t have standard hight. For tall persons it might be not comfortable.

Autentikus, kényelmes, barátságos. Ajánlom mindenkinek, mi is visszamennénk

Pro: Minden nagyon szép volt a környéken és a szállás is kényelmes volt.

Contro: Montepulciano-ból idultunk dél körül és nem voltunk biztosak benne, hogy odaérünk 19:00-ra. A telefonban nem volt valami rugalmas az úr, ezért nagyon nyomnunk kellett az autópályán. Ezt talán lehetne egy kicsit rugalmasabban kezelni, vagy kommunikálni.

Unsere zweite Reise nach Levanto war perfekt für unsere Verhältnisse - alles was eine Familie brauch

Pro: Die Lage ist außergewöhnlich und äußerst toll. In nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man den Strand und den Ort Levanto. Alles zum Greifen nahe und perfekt. Der private Vorplatz bietet sehr viel Platz und ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern, die auch noch viel Sportequipment mitführen. Man kann alles perfekt verstauen und durch das versperrbare Einfahrtstor ist alles wunderbar sicher und top.

Contro: Alles wunderbar in der Unterkunft. Werden sicher wieder kommen.

Bon séjour, emplacement idéal pour visiter les 5 terres et profiter de la mer.

Pro: L'emplacement du logement est proche de la mer un peu retiré du centre donc calme, pas très loin de la gare et juste à-côté du sentier de randonnée. La climatisation est appréciable la nuit. La cour extérieure agréable avec place pour la voiture. Linge de lit, serviettes et ménage de fin séjour compris dans le prix.
