Casa Marina: a due passi dal mare

Appartamento grande e ben attrezzato comodo geograficamente

Pro: Posizione comoda, ben fornito anche per un bimbo piccolo

Contro: Andrebbe ammodernato un po’ (porte che non si chiudono con vetri, termosifoni e rubinetteria bagno che goccia un po, finestre mono vetro per cui un po di rumore dalla strada)

Pro: Pulita, L’arredamento e gli utensili belli e comodi

Pro: Casa molto spaziosa e comoda, proprietaria molto gentile, molto veloce nelle risposte Zona levanto molto comoda per tutto, tennis difronte

Spacious apartment close to nice restaurants and the train line to Cinque Terre

Pro: The apartment is well equipped and the hosts were very responsive when we experienced an issue with the heating. Some features would benefit from updating, e.g. internal doors only closed and opened with difficulty, and some bathroom fittings were missing. Beds were comfortable and we had a pleasant stay.

Pro: The location is very good, close to the train station and to the sea as well. Check-in with the safety-box. Kitchen equipment was appropriate. Lot of dishes (some of them were not properly cleaned).

Contro: The shower is a bit claustrophobic. Mosquito nets would be helpful, the mosquitos were very annoying. The doors need an renovation. They don't fit into frames.

Great place

Pro: We had a great stay at Casa Marina. The appartment was exactly as described and pictured; very spacious, clean and well-equipped. It was really close to both the train station and beach, and was surrounded by lots restaurants and cafes. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Pro: Appartement spacieux, très propre et extrêmement bien placé, à moins de 10mn à pieds de la gare, de la plage et du centre de Levanto.

La pasamos lindo!

Pro: El edificio es antiguo y el departamento también, pero está muy bien mantenido, muy limpio y en buen estado. Los dueños muy amables y atentos en todo momento. La ubicación genial!

Contro: Lo único que no nos gustó es que la manija de la puerta del baño está malograda y era complicado abrir y cerrar.

Pro: Ubytovanie sa nám veľmi páčilo, čisté a dobre vybavené. Bolo blízko pláže a blízko obchodíkov s potravinami. S parkovaním tiež nebol problém

Contro: Jediné negatívum je, že byt sa nachádza na dosť frekventovanej ulici, takže v noci počuť autá. Ti, čo potrebujú v noci ticho mohli by mať problém, ale komu hluk z ulice nevadí, tak toto ubytovanie vrelo odporúčame.
