Pro: Appartamento in punto strategico tra mare, centro paese e stazione

Contro: Scomoda la stretta e ripida scala, ma appartamento molto spazioso

Pro: Appartamento grande e pulito attrezzato di tutto Ottima posizione nella zona Ztl

Contro: L' entrata del parcheggio (10 € a notte) era difficile a causa di un enorme cantiere di fronte

Beautiful apartment in the heart ❤️ of Levanto

Pro: Great central location in Levanto. It couldn't have been any better! My friend & I loved Nina House. The steps were hard for 2 older females, but we managed it. Nina House was very comfortable & fresh..

Contro: We couldn't work out the lock on the front door of the apartment with the keys. Every time we locked or unlocked the door, it took 20-30 minutes to find the right way. Maybe the agenzia can include a note for new people. In Australia we only have 1 turn right to open or 1 turn left to lock our doors, so we found it very hard & frustrating. The steps with our luggage. Thankfully, Alicia came with us on check-in day & helped us. ** Just to help future guests: If the TV remote is lost, pull the sofa bed in the loungeroom out, as the remote can slip down behind & get lost. We searched for an hr the night before we were leaving, checking everywhere from the garbage, fridge, etc, even tho we knew we did not take it away to another place. It had slipped between the lounge cushions at the back of the sofa bed.

We had a great time, it was a good starting point for hiking, going to the beach the shops.

Pro: Very close to the beach and to nice cafes, restaurants and shops.

Generally very good apartment in quiet location close to everything.

Pro: The modernised apartment is an easy walk of less than 10 minutes from the station. Mario the host met us and was very thorough in his explanation of the property. He included his own v useful local information guide map as well as information about getting to Cinque Terre. Well appointed kitchen, lots of storage in the bedrooms and living room. Clean washing machine.

Contro: The beds were too soft and a bit lumpy. Apartment is on the first floor and there is a steep set of stairs to climb. Shower recess is small with a badly fitted door that folded inwards.

Pro: Idéalement situé proche des commerces et des restaurants. Accès à la plage et à la gare à pied en 10 minutes .

Contro: Pas d'accès en voiture pour décharger les bagages.

Contro: les lits moyennement confortables, les indications pour les poubelles peu claires

Pro: En plein centre de Levanto, l'appartement est idéalement situé. Un supermarché, des petits commerces, des restaurants variés, la plage et les sentiers de randonnée sont à proximité.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter les Cinque Terre

Pro: Emplacement parfait, supérette à proximité, rue marchande à 2 minutes. Pizzeria renommée la porte à côté (pensez à réserver). Le village est idéalement placé pour visiter les Cinque Terre. Le personnel de l’agence et très sympathique. L’appartement est spacieux et confortable. Le parking est vraiment un plus.

Contro: Entrée du parking un peu serrée mais une fois le portail passé vous êtes dans un jardin privée ombragé.
