La Terrazza di Mimì

Superb, central and quiet top-floor apartment, perfect for a stay in Levanto.

Pro: The apartment was superb; Everything looks brand new, spacious, great location, quiet, private and complete with everything one could want; coffee maker, internet, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, airconditioning etc. Shops and restaurants a 3 minute walk; ice cream and the beach 5 minute easy walk away. Make sure to visit pasta fresca Maria and Gelateria L'altro Gelato at the Parco Salvadori!

Contro: Nothing, would certainly want to stay here again.

Amazing!

Pro: The flat is right in the centre of Levanto, close to great restaurants, beach and train station. We truly enjoyed our stay. The lovely flat made it easy to stay at home when it absolutely poured down with rain one day. It is a great location to explore Cinque Terre.

Contro: Not a criticism to the flat, but if you travel to Levanto in season, it is best to book restaurant and buy train tickets early. We travelled by train back to La Spezia after a strike day and trains got booked up quickly.

Stylish, spacious apartment with great facilities and outside space, close to beach and trains.

Pro: The apartment was exactly as described. Freshly updated, spacious, light, airy, secure. Nicolo was accessible and very helpful. The location is superb - being between the rail station and the beach. Grocey store 50m away plus 2 fresh fish shops and veg market. Levanto has everything you need for a chilled relaxed beach holiday but with great train access to other areas like Cinque terra, Genoa. Lovely walks too from the town to other beaches.

Contro: There was nothing not to like :) The only small things that would have made it even better for me, would have been 2 sunbeds for reading a book in comfort in the the amazing terrace - and the addition of some wine glasses 😉

Pro: Excellent apartment, close to town but very quiet. Handy for station. Lovely big terrace.

Pro: Perfect location directly in the city. Very good explanations by our host who came directly to the apartment. The apartment is completely new. Very nice terrace with good views. Parking card was very helpful.

Parfait pour visiter les cinq terres

Pro: Logement idéal tant du point de vue de la situation géographique que du confort et des équipements. Parfait pour visiter les cinq terres. Place de parking comprise. Hôtes très réactif et sympathique. Plage toute proche à pieds pour admirer les couchers de soleil chaque jour. Rien à redire

Contro: Le ballon d'eau chaude est un peu juste pour 4; il faut attendre un temps entre les douches pour qu'il chauffe à nouveau. Mais douche très agréable par ailleurs.

Séjour trop court.

Pro: L'extérieur de l’établissement donne pas confiance, mais l’appartement est très beau et équipée. La situation est top 👍

Contro: Le canapé lit pour moi est pas confortable mais mon conjoint, lui a bien dormi.

Emplacement, propreté, terrasse, ascenseur et carte de parking, des très bons points positifs !

Pro: Emplacement dans le centre, proche de la plage et à 9 min de la gare, parfait !

Contro: Les volets qui claquent avec le vent
