Scenografico e caldo

Pro: posizione centralissima, la casa si affaccia su Piazza Cavour con un bellissimo terrazzo. Casa ampia, soleggiata ed ariosa.

Contro: La casa è dotata di 2 belle camere da letto matrimoniali e una terza in un soppalco molto basso (140 150 cm), toccata a me, ma poichè la temperatura non era accettabile ho dormito sul divano. Come dichiarato nella descrizione, non vi è l'aria condizionata e nelle giornate molto calde che ci sono toccate, la temperatura in casa era di circa 32 gradi. La fantastica posizione ha un suo contro: nella piazza sottostante vi sono manifestazioni estive fino a circa mezzanotte e, senza a/c non era possibile chiudere le finestre, ma neanche riposare fino alla fine degli eventi. Diciamo che non tornerei lì in piena estate.

Ottimo soggiorno

Pro: Appartamento bellissimo, nel pieno centro di Levanto. Molto grande, spazioso e luminoso.

Contro: La signorina dell'agenzia, non ci ha fornito nessuna informazione riguardo il parcheggio, zone ztl e la posizione dell'appartamento.

Perfetto

Pro: Appartamento molto grande con una splendida terrazza , a tre minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia ma anche adiacente alla zona pedonale con market sotto casa , ristrutturato , non manca niente , quando tornerò a Levanto se sarà disponibile sarà la mia prima scelta . Ero consapevole che è al terzo piano senza ascensore , per me e la mia famiglia non è stato un problema , se il voto in media su booking non è altissimo posso pensare che sia solo per questo.

Contro: Sinceramente e me andava bene così , ma per una persona molto alta ,usare le zone soppalcate potrebbe essere un problema

August in Levanto

Pro: Brilliant location, right off the town square (we could watch the evening events from the roof terrace!) 10 mins walk to the station and 5 mins to the beach. Two supermarkets within a couple of minutes. We loved the spacious, comfortable accommodation which was well equipped and spotlessly clean.. We hired the WiFi thingy from the staff at the office and it worked well... kept the kids happy! Levanto is a beautiful relaxed town, the beach is gorgeous and we always found a spot, even in August. It's perfectly placed to do day trips to Cinque terre whilst avoiding the masses of tourists. We also enjoyed walking to Bonassola beach through the tunnel for a day too.

Contro: We found it a little hard to figure out which apartment it was once inside the building. The only sign is the licence number.

Schöne Wohnung in leider sehr lauter Umgebung

Pro: Sehr helle, großzügige Wohnung mit geschmackvoller Ausstattung und Einrichtung und zentraler Lage im Ortskern.

Contro: Sehr laute Umgebung. Wer längeren Schlaf als zwischen 1 Uhr nachts und 5 Uhr morgens braucht, sollte diese Wohnung eher nicht buchen: direkt vor dem Haus steht ein Behälter für Altglas, in den die umliegenden Bars und Restaurants ihr Glas werfen und zwar auch mitten in der Nacht. Zudem kommen ab dem frühen Morgen Lieferanten und Handwerker, die direkt unterhalb der Schlafzimmer parken und entladen. Das Hotel im gleichen Haus wurde um vier Uhr morgens (!) beliefert. An einem anderen Tag war ab 7 Uhr jemand eine Stunde lang mit einem Laubbläser in der Straße und auf dem angrenzenden Platz unterwegs.

Pro: L emplacement, tout près de la mer, des commerces , restaurants et pas loin de la gare pour faire les 5 Terres. L appartement était très beau, une très belle terrasse et un beau quartier.

Contro: La communication avec les propriétaires n était pas réactive par rapport aux clefs.
