Pro: Terrazza vista male che da sola vale la vacanza! Posizione perfetta, struttura confortevole, host gentile e disponibile.

Pochi giorni ma molto gradevole la vacanza

Pro: Ottima posizione,appartamento più grande rispetto alla percezione fotografica ,stanze grandi e oltre alla stupenda terrazza altro terrazzino dedicato allo stendino Cucina datata ma attrezzata Molto apprezzato posto auto

Contro: La struttura dove è inserito l’appartamento è del 1961 e gli anni si vedono tutti Pattumiera differenziata in casa ma inesistente nel condominio Ricordo che viene pagata una tassa di soggiorno!

Vista spettacolare che vale il soggiorno

Pro: - Vicinissima al mare, 100 m a dire tanto. - Terrazza panoramica (attrezzata con tenda parasole, tavolo per 4 e 2 lettini) davvero spettacolare che ha reso decisamente sopportabili i pochi difetti riscontrati. - Aria condizionata in sala e camera da letto principale. - Animali domestici ammessi (con un piccolo supplemento). - Parcheggio riservato di fronte all'ingresso del condominio (ottimo però solo per auto corte). - Appartamento sufficientemente spazioso e fornito.

Contro: - Seconda camera da letto priva di aria condizionata (per noi non è stato un problema perché non c'era afa pesante ma è da tenere in considerazione). - Divano decisamente vecchio e scomodo (consiglio caldamente di cambiarlo). - Nonostante 2 ascensori (il primo va dal piano terra al settimo e il secondo porta dall'ottavo al nono, il palazzo ha una struttura bizzarra ma affascinante) ci sono una ventina di scalini che possono creare qualche difficoltà a persone con ridotta capacità motoria o a famiglie con passeggini (però mia madre di 82 anni ce l'ha fatta, ma mi sembra doveroso segnalarlo).

Relaxing and beautiful surrounded by sea and mountain

Pro: Excellent and central location with a beautiful sea view. The apartment was spacious and had everything which is needed for a very comfortable stay!

A perfect basic for exploring the Cinqueterra

Pro: The views from the Balcony across Levanto Bay are stunning and sitting out on the balcony during the day and the evening is a pleasure. We loved strolling along the waterfront and through the old town Levanto is a perfect base for keen walkers wanting to explore the Cinqueterra. We found we could very conveniently catch the train or ferry to where we wanted to start walking and then back again from where we finished. We could explore each village and then as soon as we climbed out of the town on each of our walks we would be away from the tourist crowds and in spectacular scenery

Contro: A more detailed description of how to find the parking space would be helpful. You have to access the building down Via P.Olivieri (a very sharp turn coming from the town centre so go around the roundabout first so you are facing in the correct direction before trying to turn in) then take the left turn into Via P.Oliveri (the first left turn you come to) and then look for the driveway marked No 12 and turn left into the driveway and then at the very end turn right in front of the apartment block and the parking space marked 5 is on the right just under the roof of the car/bicycle shelter directly opposite the entrance leading to the lift. Finding the recycling bins is also counterintuitive. There is a key in the flat for Gate 7A. You will need this. You will then need to take the lift just outside the apartment and go to the top (not down) and on that floor follow the signs to the right which take you to the emergency exit and a path/staircase that leads up the hill outside to a gate (this is where you need the key) and out on to the road above the property where the recycling bins are a few metres to the left.

Amazing stay at the Ligurian Sea

Pro: Beautiful and very clean apartment with a stunning view of the sea. Balcony is an essential point of the rest (table, chairs and sunbeds). Kitchen had great equipment. Air conditioning in the master bedroom is a desired amenity. A free parking place opposite the lift door is a plus. Near the public beach. Up to 250 meters.

Contro: Few cons: 1. Missed Air conditioning in the second bedroom. 2. Internet connection via Wi-Fi had a very poor bandwidth. Pictures from one day requires up to 2 hours to upload into the cloud.

Pro: Hermoso departamento con vista al Mar. Éramos 5 , y muy cómodo.

Contro: Me gustó todo.

Pro: Sehr gute Lage mit wunderbarer Terrasse. Der Kontakt mit Umberto war sehr unkompliziert, kurze Antwortszeiten und sehr hilfsbereit.

Contro: nichts

Pro: Lokalizacja 200 metrów od plaży, piękny widok z tarasu na morze. Wygodne łóżko, wyposażenie kuchni kompletne.

Contro: Miejsce parkingowe bardzo małe, a w dodatku od przodu zastawione jakimiś rowerami i złomem rowerowym (wszystko przypięte łańcuchami), co utrudnia odpowiednio głębokie zaparkowanie większym samochodem, aby przejeżdżające z tyłu samochody miały dość miejsca. Właściciel na naszą sugestię usunięcia tych rowerów w ogóle nie zareagował. Także w ofercie jest miejsce parkingowe ale jest ono bardzo małe, niewygodne i zaniedbane. Okna w 1 sypialni i łazience nie domykają się, czyli słychać wszystko z zewnątrz.

Perfekt

Pro: Die Unterkunft war groß und geräumig, von der Dachterasse gab es eine tolle Aussicht. Im Appartement war alles vorhanden was man gebraucht hat. Das Appartement ist grundsätzlich mit dem Lift zu erreichen, ein Stock muss aber über die Treppe genommen werden um einen zweiten Lift zu erreichen der dann noch einen Stock fahren würde. Also für Leute mit eingeschränkter Mobilität oder Kinderwägen vielleicht nicht unbedingt geeignet, für uns war es aber perfekt. Direkt bei der Unterkunft gibt es einen Parkplatz. Mein Auto ist 4,8 Meter lang, länger sollte es aber nicht sein. Levanto ist eine kleine, sympathische Stadt mit einem tollen Strand.

Contro: Kleinigkeiten ( Loser Türgriff, Duscharmatur könnte man mal tauschen) in Anbetracht der Lage, Größe und Preis sieht man da aber gern drüber hinweg.
