Pro: posizione. centralissimo e vicinissimo al mare. casa molto fresca. si fa tutto a piedi in brevissime distanze. ideale per relax e famiglie.

Contro: la struttura un po’ vecchia sicuramente da ristrutturare. le stanze e le distanze in casa sono enormi, potrebbe essere un difetto visto che la notte per andare in bagno si deve oltrepassare un corridoio, il soggiorno la cucina una stanza anti bagno e poi arrivi al bagno. L’ingresso al cancello con la macchina un po’ difficoltoso se non si è abituati a spazi stretti, se si viene con un SUV Range Rovere non penso riesca ad entrare.

Convenient, charming and easy stay in beautiful Levanto, despite the weather!

Pro: Location was close to town and the beach and several restaurants, ATMs, supermarket and views. Perfect location in a well-maintained building with private parking at a reasonable cost. It was a perfect gateway to the Cinque Terre, but a lovely holiday town in its own right, with great restaurants, shops etc. Excellent value for money, spacious and comfortable, in a charming part of town.

Contro: The weather was poor for our visit but the apartment was excellent!

Pro: The Agency is very kind, the location of the Appartement is fantastic in the center and close to the beach, super for a stay with small kids. The clean Appartement has all you need, very well designed, comfortable beds, modern kitchen, wonderful old orange trees and other plants in front of the sleeping room, with comfortable beds, amazing paintings. Unfortunately during our stay it was sad, that there was a construction site in front of the living room, if you are sensitive for noise or need afternoon sleep for children. But principle a great appartement for your holiday.

Large comfortable apartment in Levanto

Pro: Leone 1 is a large apartment. It has two large bedrooms - 1 with king bed and 1 with queen bed. Each bedroom has an armour and dresser to store clothing. It has a living room with comfortable sofa and good size TV as well as a full dining room with seating for 6 persons. The kitchen has a table plus 6 chairs as well as a gas stove, dishwasher and washing machine. There are lots of dishes for cooking and eating. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower. There is another room off the kitchen where we hung a laundry line which leads to a balcony and outdoor clothes line. The property was very clean! I like to walk around in bare feet and there was no sand or dirt on the floors. We really enjoyed the laid back vibe of Levanto. It rained a couple of days when we were in there so we were glad to have such a large apartment.

Contro: We were here for 5 days and could have used more dishwasher tabs and toilet paper. We had to purchase additional toilet paper and also purchased paper towel. The bathtub is a bit difficult to get into as you have to step way up so that could be a problem for people with mobility issues. Also, the elevator does not stop on the 1st floor so you have to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs. We did not have a problem with this but it could be an issue for some people. The property could use a laundry drying rack for inside. As it was rainy we hung a line that we brought with us.

Perfekter Ort zum Erkunden der Cinque Terre

Pro: Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral mit Parkmöglichkeit im Hof. Mit einem größeren Auto ist das Parken schon eine Herausforderung. Unser Appartement war sehr groß mit schönen Deckengemälden und unterschiedlichen Bodenfliesen in jedem Raum.

Contro: Die Möbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und das Eisenbett quietscht bei jeder Bewegung, aber wir haben uns trotzdem sehr wohl gefühlt!
