Pro: Posizione comodissima, casa grande molto pulita. Proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile a rispondere ad ogni nostra richiesta. Consigliatissimo.

A perfect family holiday apartment.

Pro: We had a perfect 11 day holiday here. This is a lovely characterful apartment and a good size for 4 of us - we had space to avoid each other when needed! Location: The location is great - it’s in a quieter area of town but still only 5 mins to the nearest shop and the best gelateria (essential with children!) and a relaxed 10 mins into the centre. We could easily walk to one part of the public beach in 4 mins but the best bits were still less than a 15 min stroll. We got the train from Pisa and the station is also close by - we used it loads to sightsee whilst there. Facilities: Everything we could have needed was there (except a bread knife!). It all felt very clean and well looked after. When we had a problem with the WiFi we were able to contact them easily to get it sorted. The beds were comfortable. There was plenty of storage space to unpack into. The shutters meant everything was perfectly dark at night and (essentially) the air con was fantastic!

Contro: Nothing - I’d love to go back.

Perfect location in a cozy town

Pro: Big apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room. Nice to sit on a balcony in the mornings and evenings to enjoy the view over the area and a little bit of the sea. The AC was perfect for extremely hot summer days. The location was good since it was close to the beach and the city with the shops and restaurants. The area was quite. The owner was quick to help when we had some issues with WiFi. We’ve stayed for 8 nights and it was convenient to use the washing machine.

Contro: Some things needed to be fixed, I hope the owner will use my feedback for the improvements. The kids thought that their beds weren’t so comfortable but the adult bed was comfortable to sleep in.

4th time in Levanto, and one of the best times

Pro: Very nice flat, fully air conditioned, great landlord, immediate reply to calls, messages, etc., helpful and friendly :-) close to town center but very quiet at night, very close to the beach

Contro: Parking lot was good, but careful with the size of the car; Audi Q5 was difficult, but Riccardo helped with everything and navigated through the basement

Pro: Delightful clean and spacious apartment with new appliances. Loved the balconies. Great location - a short stroll from the beach, shops, restaurants and train station. Helpful and pleasant assistance on arrival.

Great appartment. And excellent starting point to Cinque Terre and the surrounding area

Pro: Very spacious and beautiful vintage apartment. New renovated kitchen. Good location to stay and see Chinque Terre. 5 minutes walk to the train station. It's located 200m from the beach with a small grocery store near by with delicious food. Possible to rent a bike in the near by bike shop. Available parking place is a plus, because parking is difficult to get and expensive.

Contro: - there are no clothes hangers in the hallway - there is no shelf in the shower

Great place to stay even though it was winter, we had a lovely time and a great bike ride to Framura

Pro: The property was lovely, the host gave great instructions to pick up the keys. The location was within walking distance to the train station, centre and beach, 5 - 10 mins.

Very nice stay, the apartment is very spacious and amazingly clean.

Pro: The location is excellent , you can walk everywhere and there is a parking space available for free. Our host gave us very helpful recommendations . The appartement is spacious, the bathroom very confortable , the mattresses as well. The property is clean, quiet and feels very safe

Contro: I find the check in time quite late

Pro: L'emplacement, près de la plage, du centre ville. La gare se trouve à 10' en mobilité douce. Tout peut s'effectuer à pied dans Levanto et c'est mieux. Les déplacements en voiture sont à éviter. La climatisation a été très utile pour rafraîchir l'appartement.

Contro: L'accès pas très aisé avec la voiture et le garage. Mieux vaut avoir une voiture d'un gabarit normal (taille VW Golf) sinon c'est vraiment une galère. La connexion WiFi ne fonctionnait pas vraiment.

Absolutt en veldig fin plass å overnatte, rent og ryddig. Og verten var veldig behjelpelige. Svarte raskt når vi lurte p

Pro: Behagelig leilighet som lå i et rolig strøk, men allikavel nært til alt.
