Appartamento Il Fattore

Pro: I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili. Anche se la posizione non è vicina al mare (distanza 2km), i proprietari ci hanno messo a disposizione le biciclette che ci hanno permesso di muoverci agevolmente per andare al mare , girare per il paese e raggiungere la stazione per prendere i treni verso le cinque terre. Posto tranquilo da ritornarci

Pro: Located close to train station (20 minutes) supermarkets and central places , beautiful view. House was clean. Owner connected us few days before and shared detailed information and was answering really fast . She also gave us her bikes to use, which made our trip much easier and fun 🙌

Contro: As All italian bathr , this one was also quite small. 20 minutes walk from station - with suitcase can be a little problematic (or for families with kids). Was fine for us.

Pro: Nice quiet location, ideal for visiting Cinque Terre. The free bicycles were very convenient to quickly get to the train station and the Levanto city. Barbara communicated very clearly and the apartment was excellent

Un endroit parfait pour réussir son séjour au cinque terre

Pro: Rapport qualité prix. Excellent pour la région Prêt de vélos gratuit : parfait pour rejoindre la gare Emplacement au calme Propriétaire disponible en cas de problème. Parking privé gratuit

Pro: L'appartement de plain pied est propre et fonctionnel. Le prêt de vélos par la propriétaire a vraiment été un plus car la gare est à 20 min à pied. Pour prendre le train pour les cinsue terre tous les jours c'était vraiment bien. La propriétaire parle le français, c'est pratique 😉

Pro: Wir haben uns in dem Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wohnten im Zentrum von Anacapri und bekamen viel vom einheimischen Leben mit. In der Nähe gibt es Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Das Appartement ist sehr geräumig und gepflegt. Es ist alles sauber und in der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Die Dachterrasse lädt dazu ein, sein Frühstück morgens zu genießen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief einwandfrei und er gab uns nützliche Tipps. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Pro: Met de fiets naar het dorp of treinstation. Prettig buiten eten. Wasmachine en afwasmachine was ook heel fijn .

Spacious & close enough to the train to cinque terre if you don’t mind walking

Pro: Spacious, had its own kitchen & laundry. If you have your transportation from the train station to the hotel figured out, which we did by the 2nd day & you don’t mind hoping on a train to go to cinque terre, this could be a great option.

Contro: It can be hard to go back and forth from the train station & beach to the accommodation with kids. When we asked for help with transportation from the train station to the accommodation, we were asked to pay $60 euros cash for a less than 2 mile ride. So looking back what you will be saving in staying outside of cinque terre, you might end up paying for it in transportation cost anyway.
