Da rifare subito!
Pro: Bellissima casa, posizione perfetta letteralmente in centro, comoda anche la possibilità di avere il PASS Z.T.L per la vettura così da poterla parcheggiare sotto casa. La struttura aveva tutto il necessario, grande e accogliente. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è invidiabile, eravamo due coppie e siamo rimasti enormemente soddisfatti!
Contro: Non c’è nulla che non ci sia piaciuto e l’host era sempre disponibile a qualsiasi orario per ogni inconveniente che abbiamo dovuto affrontare.

Ottimo soggiorno a Modena
Pro: Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura in un gruppo di cinque persone. L'appartamento è meraviglioso, molto spazioso e luminoso, con bagno e cucina molto ampi. Le stanze hanno letti comodi e sono molto silenziose. La sera ci siamo goduti un bel film sul grande televisore in salotto, che abbiamo molto apprezzato. Il proprietario è stato davvero accogliente, venendoci incontro molto gentilmente anche sull'orario di check-out posticipato di un'ora. Apprezzatissimo inoltre il benvenuto con le bollicine. Speriamo di tornare presto!

Pro: Struttura molto originale e confortevole in centro. Stanze grandi, letti comodi. Il leaving ha un grande divano, comodo anche per dormire. Non manca nulla, dal phon all'asse da stiro, tv in tute le camere, scacchi,aria condizionata , caffè, acqua e perfino una buonissima bottiglia di prosecco come benvenuto. Host molto accogliente e disponibile, abbiamo anticipato il check in senza problemi. Tutto bellissimo.

Perfect location to get around to all the cafes, restaurants, market and tourist attractions. Leonardo is amazing. Great
Pro: We had a lengthy stay. Great central location. So close to the Piazza Grande and the Albineli Food markets (must visit). Two large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Roomy lounge with a massive TV. Well equipped kitchen, able to cook up a few meals. Washed and dried clothes with no issues. The host, Leonardo is an amazing communicator.
Contro: Very difficult to fault the property as it ticked all our boxes. Only thing we could fault was the Shower, as it was a bit tight and the water pressure was low. Having said that, the shower had good hot water.

It was a wonderful stay with the whole family.
Pro: The apartment is very clean, cozy, and well equipped. The location is perfect. Leonardo is very friendly and always ready to help. There was a bottle of water and some Prosecco in the fridge – such a nice gesture!

Great spot to start your trip to Modena.
Pro: Great location, very kind host, we even got a free parking spot close by the apartment. Stylish interior and nice view on city center. Modena is not that crowded, we enjoyed it.
Contro: Small problems with the water pressure. Some kitchen towels and a bottle opener would have been handy. As you are in the middle of the city there is always some noise, and there are indeed mosquitos in Modena, as in most of the places in summer…

Very nice stay
Pro: You couldn’t find a better location right around the corner from the duomo. The apartment is well laid out and the open plan lounge room with kitchen/dining area is very pleasant and airy with a view over the roof tops. The decor is quirky and fun. There is a very big TV to give a cinematic experience once you have finished your sight seeing and want to relax on a comfy sofa. Having an elevator was very convenient and the hosts provided a bottle of Prosecco which was a nice welcoming touch.
Contro: I think some guests had not been abiding by the non smoking rule and therefore both bedrooms would benefit from using an ozonator machine to freshen up the rooms. A small kitchen cutting knife was missing from its holder and is much more useful for cutting smaller items than the bread or meat cutting knife. Otherwise a soft closing toilet seat would make the bathroom more up to date.

Great apartment at an unbeatable location
Pro: The apartment is very nice, the rooms are big, everything was super clean, you have Aircon to use if needed. And the location cannot be beat (right next to the main square in the old town). A huge plus in the limited traffic zone is that we were able to park our car for free just outside the apartment. All in all, a great stay.
Contro: The shower pressure is quite weak, something to be aware if this is important to you, but this is to be expected in older buildings. A few more knives for cutting and a non-scratched teflon pan would be nice to have, but we managed. Also there were a lot of mosquitoes, so I think it might be worth installing the mosquito nets.

Ideal para cualquier viajero.
Pro: El departamento es muy amplio y cómodo. Las habitaciones súper espaciosas, el living comedor y cocina muy bien. El baño era cómodo también. Nosotros nos hospedamos en invierno y si bien tenía calefacción, por momentos nos hubiese gustado que esté un poquito más caliente el ambiente. La ubicación es extraordinaria. Lo recomiendo

Pro: The apartment is in an old, beautiful, building, next to the main square. We could park the car on the street in front of the building (despite my fears, it wasn't hard to find a spot). The owner gave us tips for good restaurants, we wish we had time to try more of them!
Contro: Mosquitos! Nights were pretty tough, especially for our youngest. We finally bought a mosquito repellent and that solved the problem.
