Soggiorno perfetto!

Pro: L'appartamento si presenta ben curato, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort. Molto apprezzato il fatto che sono presenti due bagni di cui uno direttamente collegato a una delle due camere. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e gentile. Consigliatissimo! 🤩

Bellissimo

Pro: La disponibilità dell hostel a 360°, appartamento bellissimo, comodo per arrivare dalla stazione e per muoversi in città, pulizia e servizi al top

Contro: Materasso assolutissimamente da cambiare dopo di che tutto perfetto

Pro: Appartamento molto carino curato e dotato di tutti i comfort... La padrona di casa gentilissima ci ha accolto con una bella sorpresa...consigliatissimo.

Appartamento comodo e vicino al Centro

Pro: Appartamento sicuramente adeguato per due giorni nella bella città di Modena. Accogliente e pulito, vicinissimo al Centro (5,10 minuti a piedi), con parcheggio sempre disponibile sotto casa. Nessun problema di comunicazione con Laura, che è stata gentile ed essenziale. Eravamo in 4, e il bagnetto in più, per quanto piccolo, è stato comodissimo (e il motivo per cui abbiamo scelto questo appartamento rispetto ad altri).

Pro: Casa accogliente, molti posti auto disponibili direttamente sotto casa, molto comoda per accedere al centro

A cosy big flat for max 4 persons in near the city center.

Pro: A cosy quite big flat. The place is calm and safe. Parking possibility is great (no charge). The city center is very near. Almost all cafés, restaurants are maximum in 20 min. by foot. Check in and check out are very smooth. There are two toilet. Bus stop is 1 minute from the flat. We could easily reach the train station. So, you can also visit Bologna, Parma etc. without searching parking places.

Contro: It is pity that the flat has not any balcony. The beds are a little bit too soft. But it is depends on the favorite.

Very well located. 2 bed on the 2nd floor is fantastic. Spacious and comfortable.

Pro: Very well located modern apartment . We booked both the 2 bed and 1 bed - 2 bed on the 2nd floor was fantastic - everything needed for a short stay. The 1 bed on the 3rd floor was good apart from the shower - hopeless water pressure. If we had booked only the 1 bed would have been very unhappy. With both apartments booked could at least access good shower although with 6 of us travelling only having one working shower was an annoyance. You can not shower on the 3rd floor - if you book this one bed you are going to be very unhappy.

Contro: Shower on the 3rd floor is hopeless. Good water pressure in the bathroom so problem is clearly the shower. DO NOT BOOK THE ONE BED ON THE 3RD FLOOR UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY NOT TO HAVE A SHOWER FOR YOUR STAY.

Pro: geräumiges Apartment, ruhig gelegen, schönes Ambiente, sauber, gut sortiert, alles da was gebraucht wird, bequeme Betten, kostenfreies Parken mit Parkausweis, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, kurzer Weg zu Fuß in die Innenstadt
