Per caso a Moneglia

Pro: Appartamento comodo e spazioso, i proprietari cortesi e disponibili, la nostra è stata una prenotazione dell'ultimo minuto e non hanno esitato a sistemare l'appartamento in frettissima.... Posizione a 10 minuti dal mare, non a piedi però perché la casa si trova in alta collina, qui l'ideale sarebbe avere un motorino soprattutto per evitare i parcheggi a pagamento, come si sa molto cari. Moneglia è comunque raggiungibile in autobus oltre che in auto. Il panorama è mozzafiato e la zona molto tranquilla.

Pro: Appartamento con zona giorno spaziosa e su misura per famiglie con bambini piccoli. Casa fresca e accogliente, posizionato in una zona tranquilla, quasi isolata. Parcheggio ampio, ma distante.

Contro: Proprietaria un pò invadente. È capitato entrasse in casa senza preavviso. Bagni senza finestre. Sul sito era segnato 2,7km di distanza dalla spiaggia, in realtà son ben 8km!!!! C'è differenza. Pompa dell'acqua in funzione perennemente, compresa la notte; è stata fastidiosa.

Pro: Lovely view from the Street. Cosy apartment with a heartly welcome. Parking not so far from the place.

Contro: Hot weather meant that the lack of AC in the kitchen made it sweaty.

Lovely stay

Pro: Rita the owner was extremely kind and helpful, when we told her that the hairdryer was missing she went to buy one for us and delivered it. The apartment itself was nice and cozy, spacious and quite well equipped. Very calm and immersed in nature, with breathtaking views. Free parking available near the property. It was also easy to find and the check in experience was very smooth. It could well fit a small family of 4-5 (there is a double bed in one bedroom, and two single beds and a cot in another bedroom) and there are two bathrooms. A plus was being able to use the washing machine.

Contro: The things we didn't like so much were all really clear from the start (e.g. Location quite far away from the beach and needing to take the car pretty much for everything) so there were no nasty surprises. I would advise not to plan to cook a whole meal in the flat as there is only one adapter for the induction hob, but I am sure the owner would be happy to help you if you ask her.

Pro: Un très charmant habitat dans un petit hameau avec vue sur la mer, au loin. C’était un petit peu comme dans un rêve…

Contro: Les transports en commun sont un peu aléatoires et il est très compliqué de se déplacer autrement dans ce secteur
