Beautiful views and location.
Pro: Excellent location. Beautiful downstairs area with amazing views. Good aircon. Lovely back balcony but no outside seats provided.
Contro: Internet was very slow and patchy. Need more water glasses. Linen and towels old and mismatched. We booked with Bookings.com but the property is managed by Novasol who tried to charge us more for final clean and daily consumption charge than our contract and were completely unresponsive to our emails. We only paid what was agreed with Bookings.

Pro: Cosy apartment, clean, quiet but 3 minutes away from the village centre. 8 minutes walk away from the train station. View on the sea but also on the beautiful church Bell and it's enchanting music. Our children loved the apartment and want to come back!!
Contro: The roof on the top floor is low for adults in several places

Tolle Ferientage in Moneglia Ende Mai
Pro: Tolles Appartement in unmittelbarer Strandnähe von Moneglia in den oberen Stockwerken eines Altstadthauses. Zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig. Schöne Sicht aufs Meer und auf die Kirche. Schönes Städtchen, Ende Mai in Sachen Tourismus noch relativ ruhig. Gute ÖV Anbindung (Zug) in die Cinque Terre!
Contro: Als Parkgelegheit blieb nur das teure Parkhaus in der Nähe der Wohnung. Im Dachgeschoss eine unbenutzbare Dusche, schlicht keine Duschbrause, resp. kein Wasserausgang vorhanden... Das grosse Bad jedoch war tadelos, jedoch hatten wir die ersten 2 Tage kein Warmwasser. Dies wurde umgehend behoben, und durch den Veranstalter eine Preisreduktion in Aussicht gestellt.

Das vierte mal in Moneglia war wieder mal wunderschön, und toll zum entspannen.
Pro: Super Lage, sehr netter Kontakt, Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet.
Contro: Balkonmöbel waren nur für 2 Personen, der Backofen und eine der 2 Duschen war ohne Funktion. Schön wäre auch ein Wischmop gewesen, aber vielleicht war auch das was wir für ein Geschirrhandtuch hielten, für den Boden gedacht. Die 100,- Euro Gebühr für die Endreinigung ist doch ziemlich hoch. Sonst alles gut!
