A gem of a place.

Pro: The communication from the owner was brilliant and the apartment was very traditional and enabled us to feel part of the community in the quieter part of Monterosso. The location was excellent as it is a short walk to all amenities including the beach. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well furnished. The beds were very comfortable and the ceiling fans kept us cool during some very hot days. The two balconies were a bonus with washing lines to dry our clothes.

Contro: There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Pro: We were met by the landlord, who is very accommodating the apartment was spacious ,clean, contained everything that we needed .kitchen was great conveniently located,Beds were comfortable. ceiling fans worked well great to have washing machine and place to dry clothes I would definitely recommend the apartment and if I return stay there again. Very, very close to paid parking lot, which they are Only two in Monteroso and we were a few hundred feet from it big perk

Contro: I was just a little confused about drop off. I thought I could drop the bags in front of the apartment but it is in the red zone where vehicles are not permitted so we dropped the bags a few hundred feet away. No fault of the apartment owner. Monteroso is not very easy for vehicles and does not have proper 15 minute loading zone
