Pro: Bellissimo appartamento, molto spazioso e pulito! Abbiamo soggiornato per un breve weekend ma possiamo ritenerci soddisfatti, la zona molto tranquilla (non proprio comoda per dei parcheggi) e posizione ottima! Se capiterà occasione ci ritorneremo, la padrona di casa super gentile e cordiale. Grazie mille ❤️

Ottima esperienza, appartamento comodo e pulito e zona tranquilla

Pro: La posizione è molto buona e la zona tranquilla, per il parcheggio basta attraversare la strada principale ed è tutto libero, l'appartamento è fornito di tutto e l'abbiamo trovato pulito, l'ospite abita proprio alla porta accanto e le chiavi ce le ha date direttamente mostrandoci l'appartamento. In definitiva lo consiglio senz'altro anche per soggiorni più lunghi in quanto è molto comodo.

Ottima abitazione per un soggiorno a Parma

Pro: Abitazione di grandi dimensioni. Posizione vicino al centro storico e ben servita dai bus cittadini (bus n° 5, uno ogni 10 minuti). Proprietari gentili e disponibili, ottima la comunicazione.

Pro: Perfect location to Enzo Tardini Stadium as we were in town for a Parma game! The interiors were incredible - so chic and retro! Incredible style and ammenities!

Very hot. Perfect location. Beautiful and friendly people. Terrific apartment

Pro: We arrived on a Sunday - it’s free to park then. Amantia, the host, had told us about a car park 500m away. The car was safe and it was free. It meant we walked everywhere, which was hot but beautiful. The temperature was an average 33C. The apartment is in a perfect location. Just over 5mins to a supermarket, mini mall and restaurants. Amantia recommended several places to go. They were all excellent, especially Caffe Pascucci If you wanted, you could hire a bike as it looked like most people cycled. The cycle paths share the pavements.

Contro: That we were only there for three days.

Pro: Lovely apartment, big and clean. The hosts are friendly and hospitable. We highly recommend it!

Quiet Apartment Close to the Center and the Stadium

Pro: Good location, 10 min walk to the city center and close to stadium. Easy to pick up the keys and self check in. Comfortable rooms and beds, enough space and kitchen with all you need inside. The parking is on the street, public parking, but we had no problem finding a place just in front of the building. Great host checking all the time on w.app if you are ok and if you need something.

Contro: The furniture is a more classic / old style than a modern one, but very clean. Windows and doors are made from glass (classic style ) and might break easy when open in the same time because of wind. Anyway, over all nothing bad and we would return for sure for another stay.
