Lovely apartment in the heart of Parma

Pro: Lots of space,very well equipped.Beautiful terrace.Very stylish.In city center.We will love to come back,two nights made us want more!

Elegant apartment with stunning balcony - perfect base to enjoy Parma

Pro: Elegant and spacious apartment in a central location in Parma -very convenient for main attractions. The highlight was a large balcony that wrapped around both sides of the apartment. Perfect place to sit and relax and take in the sights and sounds of the city. Inside the lounge was very comfortable and kitchen was well equipped (with wine and water in the fridge!). Washing machine with plenty of drying space for clothes. The host was very welcoming. Ahead of our stay she arranged tickets to a Verdi festival concert in the local town of Busseto, which was a fantastic experience.

Contro: Nothing - it was great and we would like to return in the future.

We have a very good time in Parma and we would like to come back and explore more of the city.

Pro: Hosts were amazing ensuring we were greeted and welcomed into the accomodation. The penthouse is sensational with views all around Parma. All traveller needs/details have been thought about for you to have a great and comfortable stay. We will definitely stay again next time in Parma

An exceptional penthouse apartment with stunning views and amenities.

Pro: An exceptional penthouse apartment with beautiful 180 degree views of Parma central. Close to train station and right in the heart of Parma. Host met us upon arrival and showed us all the amenities. The building has a lift!

Pro: Great location with wrap-around patio. Very nicely furnished with pretty much everything one could need. Great book collection. Parking right downstairs. Very nice meet-and-greet.

Excellent for a week’s stay

Pro: Great location next to La Pilotta and an easy walk to the station. lovely spacious sitting room with verandah on two sides. plenty of shops and restaurants close by.

Take in the scene from the incredible wraparound terrace.

Pro: The communication with the hosts was prompt, pleasant and helpful. I especially liked the fact that we were met at the apartment, rather than dealing with a lock box. The location of the apartment was perfect - just a few minutes walk to the train station, and practically next door to the historic center. The apartment itself was so comfortable, spacious and light -filled that it was difficult to leave. The wrap around terrace found us relaxing for aperitivo, or enjoying the marvelous spring sunshine. Having a washing machine sealed the deal.

Contro: The shower was the standard small European shower closet, so not really the fault of the host.

Gorgeous Apartment In Center

Pro: The apartment is stunning. The location is perfect. Loved the terrace and the artwork. I felt like I was visiting a friend. The bedrooms were very comfortable, the living room space welcoming. Both bathrooms were clean, functional and accommodating. Piera was extremely helpful and friendly. I highly recommend and would stay here again. Direi un’esperienza top.
