Parma a Dicembre

Pro: Appartamento assolutamente meraviglioso. Caldo quanto basta e molto accogliente. Divano letto comodo. Cucina funzionante WiFi con ottima copertura. Posiziona eccellente.

Contro: L' appartamento si trova in una via molto rumorosa poiché piena di pub e ristoranti. Inoltre l'appartamento è ubicato al secondo piano di un edificio senza ascensore. Lo specifico per chi, come me, ha avuto delle difficoltà in quanto era 'accompagnato da due signore di 85 anni.

Appartamento comodo per il centro di Parma

Pro: Appartamento confortevole in pieno centro. L’ho utilizzato solo per dormire ma è comunque equipaggiato di tutto. Consigliato

Pro: Posizione, comfort, isolamento acustico dai rumori della strada.

Pro: It was very central - only a 5 minute walk away from Strada Cavour and a 15 minute walk away from the Parma train station. It had all the utilities and the apartment was very spacious. AC available at no extra charge which was a must considering it gets very hot in July.

Pro: Апартаменты находятся в 15 минутах ходьбы от вокзала и 10 мин от центра ! Коммуникация с владельцем быстрая , заселили во время ! Просторные апартаменты , есть все необходимое для проживания ! Дом чистый и спокойный ! Довольно оживленный район по вечерам , так как рядом бары , но это не мешало моему сну , в спальне шум не слышно ! Охлаждение квартиры хорошее! Мне все понравилось !

Relaxing stay we enjoyed the apartment and area!

Pro: The location was close to center city. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment was nice and comfortable.

Contro: The front door was about 4 feet tall. As we walked around the city we noticed that the short doors were fairly common in this area.

Nice and comfy

Pro: Good location, big appartment and comfy bed. The kitchen had all the necessary. The appartment was very clean.

Contro: Little bit noisy on the weekends, there's a couple of bars down the street. The heating wasn't really working, although it wasn't necessary.

Parma ist ein tolles Ziel, und das Appartment ist (mit kleinen Abstrichen) eine gute Adresse

Pro: Lage ist ganz ausgezeichnet nahe beim Zentrum von Parma. Auch ist sie mit öffentlichem Nahverkehr, insbesondere vom Bahnhof aus (Buslinien 11, 13, 21, 23) sehr gut erreichbar (ca. 200m zur Haltestelle). Zu Fuss vom Bahnhof ca. 15-20 Minuten. Vor dem Haus ist eine nette Cafe-Bar (leckerer Aperol). Der Kontakt mit dem Gastgeber war immer sehr freundlich, schnell, flexibel und unkompliziert - alles absolut bestens. Wohnungsübergabe war informativ und hat sehr gut geklappt. WLAN hat optimal funktioniert.

Contro: Leider hat die Wohnung gegen den oberen Stock nur eine nicht isolierte Holzdecke. Deshalb bekommt man viele Geräusche von oben sehr intensiv mit. Im Wohnzimmer ist der Geräuschpegel wegen der Cafe-Bar vor dem Haus auch recht hoch. Leider ist die Küchenzeile (Waschbecken / Gasherd) ohne zusätzliche Arbeitsplatte, das Essen muss auf dem Esszimmertisch bearbeitet werden. Bad / Toilette ist direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer. Leider klemmt die Tür des Badezimmers, so dass es beim Schliessen immer sehr laute Geräusche gibt - verbunden nachts mit Aufwachgarantie für andere Schlafende im Schlafzimmer. Hilfreich wäre auch ein zusätzlich größeres Messer, z.B. zum Brotschneiden.

Pro: Mauro was bereikbaar via whatsapp en antwoordde bijna onmiddellijk. Hij stond al klaar aan het gebouw om ons te ontvangen. Alles is aanwezig dat je nodig hebt. Goeie locatie in het prachtige Parma.

Contro: De douche heeft een zwakke waterstraal. Voor de rest alles prima!
