Pro: Posizione centralissima, appartamento rifornito di tutto, riscaldamento ben funzionante e casa molto pulita. Cucina attrezzata di tutto. Wifi funzionante. Palazzo tranquillo.

Contro: Alcunché

Pro: Posizione centrale comodissima. Appartamento dotato di tutto. C'erano a disposizione anche caffè, zucchero, olio e sale, la cucina è perfettamente attrezzata, cosi da poter organizzare facilmente colazione e cena in casa (un bel risparmio). Tv collegata ad internet. Ampi spazi, appartamento molto vivibile, pulito, climatizzato. Proprietario super gentile e disponibile. Tutto molto bene organizzato. Questo appartamento ci ha permesso di trascorrere un fine settimana in pieno comfort e relax.

Pro: Posizione ottima per visitare Parma a piedi. Pulizia e tranquillità della struttura

Viaggio a Parma

Pro: Appartamentino delizioso e ben curato in zona centrale, ci si può spostare comodamente a piedi per visitare il Parco Ducale,il Duomo,la Pilotta e altri siti di interesse storico. In zona si trovano numerosi bar ristoranti e pub. Mezzi di trasporto pubblici facilmente raggiungibili e puntuali.

Perfection

Pro: Our stay at Palazzo Altavilla Deluxe was absolutely perfect! The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—every night felt like sleeping on a cloud. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Parma, so convenient for exploring, yet surprisingly quiet at night. We had peaceful, restful sleep after each day of adventure. Parking was also very convenient, with a nearby parking space that made getting around stress-free. The owner was extremely kind and always available, offering helpful and quick responses to any questions we had. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to book again!

Contro: All was perfect.

Pro: Perfect location, very central but on a quiet side street. Comfortable bed, mosquito nets on the windows. Well equipped kitchen.

Contro: Just for information, the flat is on the first floor, but the stairs are easily manageable.

It was a perfect finale to our time in Italy.

Pro: After 3 weeks of travel in Italy, Parma was our last stop. It was a grand finale. The apartment is in a perfect location. We were able to park our car and have an easy 10 minute walk to the apartment, passing beautiful historic buildings, statues and, of course, places to eat and shop. The apartment is spacious with a comfortable bed, storage and a wonderful shower. We had a problem with no hot water when we arrived. I called Jerry quickly responded and fixed the problem. He checked in later to make sure we were comfortable. I appreciate such a quick response. The property felt safe, it’s clean, convenient and comfortable. Our stay was 4nights, and we were sad to leave.

Contro: The only downside is that there isn’t much natural light in this apartment. After spending a day outside, it is truly a minor concern.
