Pro: Appartamento molto grande spazioso. Arredo nuovissimo.

Contro: Manca un condizionatore fisso.

Pro: Appartamento nuovo e molto bello, posizione tranquilla per dormire. Parcheggio interno, che non è da poco in zona, gratuito e con la sbarra.

Contro: Per un weekend, essendo il bar più vicino un pò distante, siam stati in difficoltà con la prima colazione e caffè (c'è la moka ma te lo devi portare dietro). Piscina, tennis e lenzuola a paganento, perciò chi vuol usufruire di servizi occorre aprire il portafoglio

Complete and spacious apartment

Pro: The apartment is really spacious and well equipped. There is two complete bathrooms!! It is close to city center and train station. The surrounding is peaceful and quiet.

Contro: The beds are uncomfortable. To reach the apartment by foot you have to be capable to walk steep slope for 100 m. Caution: this accommodation requires an extra charge for lines and towels (as written in the description).

Pro: El apartamento era muy grande y super cómodo, muy bien equipado

Bel appartement dans complexe résidentiel.

Pro: L'appartement est situé dans un complexe résidentiel très agréable avec un joli parc, des cours de tennis, une grande piscine surveillée et des places de parking. L'ensemble se situe sur une petite colline à 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville.

Contro: L'appartement serait sous-equipé pour un séjour long : un seule pince à linge, un lave-linge sans lessive, peu de couverts, pas de torchon. Les matelas sont un peu mous et il a fallu payer 13 euros par personne pour les draps et serviettes. Les bouches d'aspiration de la VMC et les filtres de la climatisation sont très poussiéreux.

Pro: Sehr angenehme Lage in einer großen Wohnhausanlage, die nur für Bewohner zugängig ist - man öffnet die Schranke bei der Einfahrt mittels einem Chip. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. Stock, besteht aus Schlafzimmer, Kinderzimmer, Wohn-Küche und 2 Badezimmern sowie einem schmalen Balkon mit Ausblick in den Park mit vielen Bäumen. Super Lage - Bahnhof, Stadtzentrum und Uferpromenade in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Contro: Leider ist auf dem Weg unterhalb des Eingangsbereichs eine Müllinsel, was manchmal zu Lärmentwicklung führt. Auch die Motorroller der Bewohner hört man recht laut, ist aber jedenfalls wesentlich weniger schlimm als im Ortskern. Die Zufahrtsstraße ist das letzte Stück ein wenig steil, war aber für uns kein Problem.

Authentische Location, gute Ausstattung, gute Lage, ideal mit Kindern

Pro: Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern. Die Lage ist etwas oberhalb des Stadtkerns in einer ruhigen, gepflegten Siedlung mit hauptsächlich lokalen Bewohner/innen. Der Pool ist sehr groß und wird mit Respekt und Sorgfalt genutzt. Die Ausstattung (mit Ausnahme der Küche) ist sehr gut.

Contro: Die Ausstattung der Küche entspricht nicht ganz dem zu erwartenden Standard (u.a. defekter Wasserkocher, etwas abgenutzte Pfannen, Geschirr) und dürfte modernisiert werden. Gewisses Geschirr wirkte schmutzig. Die Bettmatratzen sind sehr weich. Der AC ist nur mit geöffneter Balkontür nutzbar.

Pro: L’accès proche du centre-ville à pied La propreté La double salle de bain (dont 1 avec baignoire)

Contro: Un peu bruyant le matin Piscine payante (4€/jour) et bonnet de bain obligatoire Pas de machine à café

Simple mais très efficace

Pro: L'appartement est vraiment bien et très fonctionnel. Il est assez proche de la mer même à pied. Le parking juste devant est très pratique. Les ventilateurs et les climatisations sont très appréciées. Je recommande vivement cet appartement. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

Contro: Pas grand chose à dire, il manque peut être juste un micro-onde et la porte d’entrée de l'appartement et mal isolée (on entend beaucoup se qu'il se passe dans les couloir).
