Pro: Appartamento proprio affacciato sul lungomare per ammirare il mare ad ogni ora, bell'arredamento, completamente accessoriato per il soggiorno e per cucinare, negozi sotto casa, tutti i servizi comodi, supermercato vicino, proprietari gentili e disponibili, doppio affaccio sul lungomare e sulla bella zona pedonale con i portici. Una bellissima opportunità per vivere il mare della Liguria🩷👍

Molto molto piacevole.

Pro: Posizione eccellente, proprio fronte mare. Ottima pulizia. La proprietaria, molto gentile, ci ha atteso nella casa e dato indicazioni precise sui servizi intorno. La casa era esattamente come illustrata nelle foto, ben arredata e confortevole.

Contro: Assortimento piatti e bicchieri piuttosto limitato, ma accettabile.

L’appartamento amabile in ogni sua parte e collocato perfettamente sul mare. L’host Patrizia disponibile e gentile.

Pro: Vista mare incantevole e grande luminosità dell’appartamento

Pro: Ottimo appartamento con tutte le aspettative rispettate e ristrutturato bene. La proprietaria persona gentile e cordiale. Ottima posizione sul lungo mare e vicino a tutti i servizi. Consiglio il soggiorno in questa struttura.

Very Enjoyable.

Pro: The host Patrizia was very nice and helpful. This lovely apartment is in a perfect location, close to all amenities - shops, restaurants, ferry and train station. The apartment is very light and bright and has all of the facilities as listed and the lift is an added bonus. The option of a private garage is also worth paying the extra charge for, as to find a parking space in the town centre can be quite difficult and you have to pay for the public parking also. We would also like to thank Patrizia for the very thoughtful welcome gifts that she left for us. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Contro: The apartment is above a cafe and a restaurant and although we were on the 2nd floor we could hear the thumping bass of the music from the restaurant that got louder towards the evening. It would not be so bad if we were only staying for a couple of nights but we were there for 13 nights and found it to be very annoying on the days that we catering for ourselves in the apartment. It is a pity as this is beyond the hosts' control.

Perfect place to stay and enjoy Rapallo

Pro: Excellent location for centre of town and views across the bay. Great quiet air conditioning.

Contro: The second bed is on a mezzanine above the living area so it was difficult to using the living space if someone was sleeping upstairs

A must stay in Rapallo.

Pro: This property is GREAT. The photos don’t do how beautiful it is justice, we had such a lovely stay. It is walking distance to the beach, train station + many restaurants and shops. It has a great beach from view as well.

Contro: Nothing, it was great.

Palatial, beautifully decorated apartment

Pro: This is a palatial apartment, beautifully decorated, very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed including a dishwasher, washing machine, large tv and excellent airconditioning. The lift to the second floor was also much appreciated. The sea views from the tall windows are stunning and the location couldn’t be better for walking around Rapallo and visiting excellent bars and restaurants. There is also a good little swimming beach and a small supermarket only a couple of hundred metres away. The host Patrizia sent us clear information, met us at the apartment and went with us to take the car to the car park a very short distance away. She even reverse parked the car for us as this can be tricky when everything on the car is the opposite to what we are used to in Australia. She then returned to the apartment with us and gave us a guided tour of the facilities. We thoroughly enjoyed the bootle os sparkling wine she left us and our stay in this delightful apartment.

Amazing apartment close to everything you want!

Pro: Beautiful, modern and clean apartment overlooking the ocean. Good amenities, AC works perfectly! It’s in a perfect location in Rapallo, close to the ocean promenade, to the ferry, to the train station and just walking out the door you’re in the beautiful old town! Wanting to go for a swim? Just a couple of minutes away to good beach clubs and smaller public beaches. The host Patrizia is amazing! Very welcoming and helpful from start to finish! She even made us a small surprise for our anniversary!

Best accommodation in an our stay in Italy -made our stay in Rapallo special.

Pro: Very stylish and in a great location with views of the harbour.

Contro: Some traffic noise but this dies down eventually and can be removed by closing the double glazed windows. Not a deal breaker as everything else is superb.
