Pro: La colazione buona, abbondante e variegata. La posizione ottima, comoda per raggiungere diversi posti e completamente isolata da rumori.

Romantico e rilassante

Pro: The host Gian Paolo is extremely nice and helpful, he has provided us with a lot of useful info for how to enjoy the Cinque Terre, La spezia, such as parking, buying train tickets, nearby restaurants etc.. The location is at uphill area, we need a car and courage to drive up in a small mountain road. The host has provided us cakes, biscuits, yogurt and milk for the breakfasts.

Pro: The fridge had some things to eat (mainly breakfast) but also a bottle of wine. The host was very friendly and gave good recommendations about activities to do in the area. He knows the area very well so you can ask him about anything. The location of the property was amazing for us as it is very quiet and remote. But it still is only a 30 minute drive away from all the beautiful villages and La Spezia. The property has a small kitchen with a good induction plate, an oven and a microwave. Make sure to bring your own ingredients if you plan to arrive and cook dinner immediately, as the nearest supermarkets are a 30 minute drive. After we left, we left behind a watch and the host sent us a message quickly so we could still pick it up. We booked the place the day we were staying there, and it was no problem. The host also allows 1 day bookings. We regretted that we couldn’t stay longer!

Pro: Absolutely perfect in every way. Perfectly clean and beautiful. This was the best accomodation we had on our trip across Italy. Best host! Helpful and kind. If we decide to go to this area again we are definitely returning to Casa Quaratica.

A charming apartment in wonderful surroundings

Pro: The apartment was charming and we had a wonderful welcome from Gian Paolo. Careful consideration had been given to everything to make our stay comfortable and it was a great base for exploring this wonderful region.

Aanrader: voor rust en is romantisch 🥰

Pro: Fijne aankomt in een oase van rust en een lieve host die ons begroeten. Alles wat je nodig hebt is daar aanwezig. Koelkast gevuld met sap, melk, yoghurt. Er is koffie en thee, een zoet ontbijtje staat al klaar.

Contro: Omdat het de woning heel oud is, zijn er geen ramen dus weinig daglicht.. maar dat mag de pret niet drukken.. het was heerlijk koel binnen met die warmte buiten..
