Tranquillità, comodità e mare bello

Pro: Il soggiorno nel suo complesso è stato molto piacevole. L'appartamento è confortevole e vicino al mare e ai commerci e il mare molto bello. Host gentilissima e disponibile.

Contro: Manca l’ascensore che può essere disagevole ma a noi non è servito

Appartamento moderno a due passi dal mare

Pro: Cristiana si è presa ottima cura di noi, è stata sempre gentilissima e disponibile. Il check in, il check out e il soggiorno in generale si sono svolti senza intoppi. L'appartamento ha un arredamento moderno e confortevole, è in una posizione strategica a Riva Trigoso (2 miunti a peidi da bar e ristoranti, 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia) ed è situato al secondo piano di un palazzo molto ben tenuto e tranquillo. La cucina è ben equipaggiata, i letti sono comodi. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Contro: Secondo piano senza ascensore non è comodissimo, non c'è parcheggio ed è difficle trovarlo nelle strade adiacenti - noi abbiamo dovuto lasciare l'auto al parcheggio del cimitero (che comunque è vicno, meno di 10 minuti a piedi). Il WiFi della casa non ha mai funzionato ma Cristiana ci ha portato un router 4G che ci ha permesso di connetterci.

Pro: Bella struttura pulitissima e ben curata, fantastica la cucina e il bagno,

Contro: Non c’erano le tv nelle stanze.

Pro: It was a big apartment, perfect for families. Close to the beach. Big grocery store 10min walk. Good bars close to the beach where to eat.

Contro: Could hear neighbours.

Spacious and clean apartment located in Riva Trigoso

Pro: I liked the fact that the apartment seemed to be renovated recently, and it was clean and spacious. Besides this, it was close to the main store, and to the beach. I also appreciated the fact that the host showed us where we could park our car. It was not a private parking, but we managed to find a spot every day.

Pro: Svært hyggelig og hjelpsom vertsskap. Svarte med en gang på spørsmål. Rolig beliggenhet, og meget nært strand. Enkelt å komme seg til mer livlige Sestri Levante, og Cinque Terra. Anbefales!

Contro: Ingenting.

Pro: Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet. Auch die Lage ist sehr gut. Man ist in 2 Min. am Strand, hat in der Nähe viele Restaurants und Bars und auch einen kleinen Supermarkt. Am besten war die Betreuung vor Ort.:) Christiana hat uns mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt und war immer zur Stelle, wenn irgendwo der Schuh drückte. Das haben wir so nicht erwartet.

Contro: Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr schwierig. Es gab faktisch keine kostenlosen Parkplätze. Wir standen dann auf einem kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz, das war preislich okay und es gab keinen Stress mit der Parkplatzsuche. Die fehlende Klimaanlage haben wir in der ersten Woche sehr vermisst.

Pro: Een mooi en schoon appartement op enkele minuten van het strand

Pro: Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles sehr neu und sauber. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Der schöne Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar, ebenso wirklich gute Restaurants. C. , die die Wohnung betreut, war sehr hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf Fragen geantwortet. Wir würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
