Pro: Appartamento bellissimo, grande, spazioso e luminoso. Ottima la posizione vicino al centro e alla Baia del.Silenzio. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort. Comunicazione con il proprietario ottima.Consiglio.

Excellent , responsive host. Great spacious apartment away from the main centre but still walkable.

Pro: Quiet location but still walkable to train station & beach. We didn’t have a car but enjoyed the 20min walk to beach. Host gives clear instructions for check in and rubbish recycling and was responsive & helpful when needed. We also really appreciated the air conditioning on the hot days. Great simple apartment with everything we needed. Would stay again

Pro: Appartment was big, silent and nice, two bedrooms, livingroom and fully equipped kitchen with washing machines. Big balcony around livingroom and bedroom. I would have stayed longer. Wifi is fast and good and there is a parking place for a small car. Walking distance to the sea and center is about 25 minutes 1,7 km.

Contro: Recycling of the garbage is a little bit confusing. They collect organicwaste on one day and mixt waste on an other, bottles next day etc. and you have to place them on the road with certain colour bucket. It is easy if you have a car then you continue driving the same road up where you live a bit further, less than 1 km. There are garbage cans for all kinds of trash.

Pro: Grand appartement confortable.et loin de la ville.

Contro: L'accès pour se garer n'est pas aisé avec une grosse voiture. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de sachet de thé ou café. On doit trier nos déchets mais sinon reste 2 jours on doit les reprendre et les jeter. Pas pratique du tout.

Pro: We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Sestri Levante. De woning ligt in een rustige omgeving, op ongeveer 1 km van het station, wat ideaal is voor uitstappen met de trein naar bijvoorbeeld Cinque Terre of Genua. De ligging is rustig, een terras met zicht op bergen en groen. De woning zelf is ruim, maar basic ingericht. De tweede slaapkamer is eigenlijk een kinderkamer; één persoon moet slapen op een bed op de grond, wat minder comfortabel is. Ook de toegang tot de parkeerplaats is wat uitdagend met een grotere wagen vanwege de steile oprit. Winkels en het strand liggen op ongeveer 1,5 km afstand, wij deden alles te voet. Samengevat: een prima uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen in de regio.

Contro: Klein aandachtspunt in de keuken: overal vingertasten op de kast en frigo en vaat van voorgangers niet al te proper.
