Appartamento perfetto, in una posizione comodissima

Pro: La persona che ci ha portato le chiavi era molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è bellissimo, ampio, ci sono tutte le comodità, anche le monoporzioni dei detersivi, sale, olio, acqua e caffè. Nei dintorni c'è tutto, supermercato, panificio, fruttivendolo e il centro città e il mare è a 8 minuti circa a piedi. Il parcheggio è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla casa.

Contro: Niente, era tutto molto bello

Pro: Appartamento carinissimo, ben arredato, dotato di tutti i comfort (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, aria condizionata e phon per esempio) e soprattutto pulito…vicinissimo al centro e al mare, in una zona piena di servizi quali ristoranti e supermercati. Pur essendo un primo piano con le finestre chiuse non era particolarmente rumoroso. Lo staff che ci ha accolto sia al check in che al check out è stato attento e gentile. Lo consiglio!

Bella sistemazione per famiglie o coppia di amici

Pro: Posizione centralissima Decorazione e allestimento dell’alloggio Bagni indipendenti

Contro: Rumorosità o forse piuttosto insonorizzazione non all’altezza Comunicazione un pochino a rilento durante la fase iniziale del soggiorno per risolvere un tema che si poteva sbrigare velocemente

Appartamento molto carino vicino al mare di Sestri per un soggiorno di puro relax

Pro: Appartamento completamente ristrutturato. Vicino al centro e alla stazione. Ottima metratura, con un bel balcone ed estremamente funzionale. Vicino ha botteghe, supermercatini e anche un cinema.

Contro: A me personalmente è piaciuto tutto. Per chi ha un sonno veramente leggero mi sento di sconsigliarlo perché, nonostante i serramenti nuovi, affaccia su una piazza trafficata (per Sestri non per una grande città). Proprio proprio tutto nella vita non si può avere. Io ci tornerò.

Pro: Appartamento recentemente ristrutturato. Arredato con gusto e curato in ogni dettaglio! Cucina attrezzata con tutto! Luminoso e accogliente! Camere confortevoli e letti super! Tutto waw! Sicuramente lo consiglio

Contro: Poco insonorizzato con l'appartamento del piano superiore. Per tutto il resto super!

Pro: Fantastic property - perfect for 2 couples but I can see it working for families too. Very centrally located, immaculately clean and well equipped.

Very pleasant and loved it. Superb location and nearby facilities. Car park is secure - a short walk

Pro: Property was exceptionally clean and tidy. All comforts there. Good quality appliances. Towels provided. Beds were good and comfortable but as feedback would suggest host should improve the mattress quality to be in line with the rest exceptional standard. The sofa bed we used as a single bed, as a double it wouldn't be great. The property may benefit from that.

Contro: As noted above the mattresses were good and one cannot complain at all - but some room for improvement. Nothing said should be taken as detracting for the general great comfort of the place

Excellent flat in city center!

Pro: Newly refurbished flat with short distance to beaches and old town but still far enough away…Excellent AC capacity and good sound proofing towards outside traffic. Close to a number of supermarkets and shops.

Contro: We had no complaints and since we where aware of this being a flat in an urban area we saw the street life and traffic to be a natural part of the attraction!

Sofort wieder: große, schöne, moderne Wohnung, perfekt für 4 Erwachsene

Pro: Sehr saubere, große Wohnung, neu eingerichtet und sowohl schön als auch funktionell ausgestattet, gute Betten, Balkon auf einen belebten Platz hinaus, sehr hell, die zwei Duschen/WCs waren für uns vier Erwachsene supertoll (gilt sicher auch fürs Reisen mit Kindern), in der unmittelbaren Umgebung Auswahl an Geschäften für Lebensmittel und Drogerieartikel vorhanden, Reinigungstabs für Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine und einige Verbrauchsartikel mehr waren in Wohnung vorhanden (diese Großzügigkeit im Kleinen schätze ich immer), ist wahrscheinlich eine der besten Wohnungen, in denen wir unseren Urlaub verbracht haben. Parkplatz ist etwas entfernt, aber nummeriert und komplett eingezäunt. So wie auf den Fotos sieht es wirklich aus. Freuen Sie sich auf Ihren Urlaub hier!

Contro: Vielleicht könnte man anmerken, dass, falls jemand lärmempfindlich ist, es etwas zu laut sein könnte, eine auch in der Nacht recht stark befahrene Straße führt unmittelbar am Gebäude vorbei. Uns hat‘s nicht gestört.

Pro: Tout proximité centre ville gare. Boulangeries supérettes au pied de l appartement. Propreté accueil superficie confort au top.

Contro: Le bruit de la route que ni le double vitrage ni les volets n arrivent à atténuer mais le propriétaire n est pas responsable. C est l inconvénient du centre ville.
