Pro: Posizione ottima, e proprietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Letto veramente comodo e terrazzino stupendo. Se siete molto alti la casa è mansardata quindi potreste avere dei problemi. Per me non è stato affatto un problema.

Contro: Cucina minima, ma giustissima per un weekend.

Non potevamo chiedere di meglio! È stato tutto perfetto

Pro: Ci è piaciuto tutto!!! La camera è enorme e arredata benissimo. Il terrazzo è fantastico, abbiamo fatto colazione all alba e cenato sotto le stelle... Un piccolo angolo di paradiso

Pro: Posto in zona super centrale e strategica, ricca di servizi.Appartamento silenzioso

Sestri: Perla del Tigullio

Pro: Appartamento ultimo piano (mansardato) in pieno centro a Sestri. a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e 5 minuti dalle spiagge. Attrezzato di tutto con un terrazzino dal quale godersi bellissimi tramonti. Super consigliato per fuga nel weekend. Proprietari molto cordiali e disponibili.

Pro: The location in a lively street with plenty of shops, stores and nearby market on Saturday. The wonderful terrace to enjoy breakfast! The host is lovely and particularly helpful and accomodating.

Contro: Nothing...already missing the relaxing time there!!

Pro: A nice apartment with a lovely balcony where we spent many mornings and evenings. Good location with short walking distance to railway station, beach and restaurants. Carlotta was very helpful and easy to communicate with.

Pro: Location was walking distance to beach everything u need in an apartment they had which was great! Very homey feeling which I loved.

Contro: Unfortunately my friend and I tried to cook a meal twice and each tine it was a fail due to issues with the stove.

Pro: ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC This is a fantastic apartment to stay in, the owner is absolutely fantastic, very accommodating (even more than most hotels i’ve stayed at)! The owner has made it a very lovely place to stay in, putting a lot of effort into making sure everything is in place, clean and even provides you with advice and tips for travel there. Terrace is also very lovely. Could not speak more highly of both the apartment and the owner.

Perfekt für ein verlängertes Wochenende

Pro: Die kleine Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Carlotta und ihr Mann sind enorm freundliche und hilfsbereite Leute. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt im Zentrum. Die Betten sind sehr gut, wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Die kleine Terrasse ist sehr schön, alles ruhig. Nur die Dachschräge ist ungewohnt und man riskiert oft, sich den Kopf anzuschlagen. 😂😂😂Aber man gewöhnt sich daran.

Contro: Wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.

Pro: Das Appartement liegt direkt im Zentrum und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig (außer den Möwen). Die Dachterrasse ist hervorragend. Das Bett ist richtig gut, ebenso die Klimaanlagen. An die Dachschrägen mussten wir uns gewöhnen.

Contro: Die Lösung mit den Kupferplatten für den tollen Induktionsherd mit den alten Töpfen funktioniert für die Espressokanne, für das Kochen z. B. von Nudeln ist sie ungeeignet.
