An excellent base for exploring the Ligurian coastline and the Cinque Terre

Pro: Everything we expected - well thought out and appointed, modern, clean, tidy, well located 20mins walk into Sestri, 15 mins from Train Station,

Contro: Once we had found the key safe - attached to a fence outside, the property was easily accessed and we were very happy with the standard of everything else.

A nice functional apartment in an excellent location

Pro: A nice comfy apartment exactly as advertised , with supermarkets and pizzerias within 100-200 meters. What was a very pleasant surprise were the videos they sent which explained where the keys would be , where we could park the car etc. Settling in was very easy, parking was on the ground floor of the building The hosts are nice and we met them in their office to make the payment for the apartment which we could have also done on the phone but since we were close by we dropped in. The kitchen is well equiped, the beds could have been firmer, the apartment was clean and though on the 1st floor there was a lift so we didnt have to lug our bags- very convenient.

Contro: There is a common AC in the corridor for the 2 bedrooms so one of the bedrooms doesnt get cool enough and the doors cannot be closed which can be a problem if there are 2 couples staying-either no privacy or no AC .

Very nice comfortable apartment

Pro: Spacious rooms, well equipped apartment with washing machine and kitchen appliances, comfortable beds

Contro: It was very hot and it was difficult to cool the rooms as the AC was in the hallway

Pro: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Lage ist sehr gut . In ca. 15 Minuten ist man am Strand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man zu Fuß das man kein Auto braucht.

Pro: Vcelku nový byt, velmi dobře zařízený (pračka, myčka, 2 koupelny s WC, plně vybavená kuchyně) se nacházel v 1. patře bytového domu s výtahem. V těsném sousedství supermarket a zastávka MHD, četné restaurace a rychlé občerstvení. Dva balkony, které jsme používali nejvíce k sušení mokrých věcí. Velmi dobrá wifi, což jsme při kolísání signálu operátora velmi ocenili. Parkování ve dvoře zdarma.

Contro: Obě ložnice jsou orientovány na hlavní silnici, nebylo snadné spát při otevřeném okně. Klimatizace byla v kuchyni a na chodbě, takže pokud jsme chtěli mít chladněji v ložnici, musely být otevřené dveře, což však rodině moc nevadilo. Relativní nevýhodou byla cesta na pláž po rušné ulici cca 20 minut.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Pro: Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Wir waren eine Woche da, und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Einkaufsladen direkt in der Nähe. Die Entfernung zum Strand und zum Bahnhof ist ok, ca 15 min zu Fuss.

Contro: Einziger kleiner Nachteil, die Wohnung liegt an einer rech lebhaften Strasse- Italien halt.
