Pro: Volevo ringraziare il proprietario per la disponibilità e per la serietà.

Pro: La posizione centralissima a 50mt dalla baia del silenzio, la camera molto silenziosa e la comodità del letto con tutto l'appartamento, ma sopratutto la gentilezza e la cortesia del sig. Cesare sempre pronto a dare consigli e suggerimenti, anche il divano a letto per i miei ragazzi di 16 e 18 era perfetto. Consigliato per chiunque dalla famiglia con prole figli minorenni a ragazzi adolescenti o coppie per la movida locale.

Pro: Everything was perfect, the apartment had everything we needed, the location was great. Cesare and Yvette were amazing, we couldn't have picked a better place. We will definitely return next summer ❤️. Thank you so much, Cesare & Yvette

Home away from home with kind loving hosts.

Pro: There is so much love and care that has gone into making this property a home away from home. It’s perfectly positioned in town and really made our stay exceptional. So grateful to the wonderful hosts for their generosity when we had a little personal mishap on holiday. They went above and beyond to help us out. So very kind, thank you Cesare and Yvette for everything, forever grateful.

Pro: First thing I want to mention is the lovely couple that owns the flat. One of the most joyful and friendly people I've ever met. We arrived really late and owner waited for us all the time and was very polite and supportive. On the day we left we had a coffee and a lot of pleasant chatting like with friends. Before we left, we got an unexpected present that will always remind us of our trip. All the time we were in Sestri Levante we got support and care from Cesare and his wife. The flat itself was also designed by owners and the interior was designed with love. Very cosy, atmospheric. Modern furniture and authentic and art elements inside. That flat perfectly matches the vibe of Sestri Levante IMPO.

Pro: Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und sehr komfortabel ausgestattet - vor allem die Klimaanlage wollten wir im August nicht missen. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Cesare und Yvette sind perfekte Gastgeber und haben uns viele gute Tipps für die Umgebung, kurze (kinderfreundliche) Wanderungen und Restaurants gegeben. Zudem war Cesare gut erreichbar, sodass auch An- und Abreise problemlos verliefen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer hübschen, typisch italienischen Straße, die viele Shoppingmöglichkeiten, Bars und Restaurants bietet. Auch die beiden Strände sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Eigentlich perfekt…

Contro: … wenn da nicht die Parties bis in die tiefe Nacht hinein gewesen wären. Trotz der Schallschutzfenster war es nachts (in der Hauptsaison) sehr laut, vor allem bei dem Life-Musik-Abend in der unter der Wohnung gelegenen Bar. Aber wer das Eine will, muss das Andere mögen… Oropax waren an der gegenüberliegenden Apotheke erhältlich😅
