La Terrazza sul Mare

Non la solita casa in Liguria

Pro: Si tratta di un appartamento semi indipendente molto pulito e ristrutturato di recente in un contesto recintato ed esclusivo . Il suo maggiore pregio è di offrire una terrazza e una vista dalla zona giorno sul mare; lo vedi a pochi metri e lo senti (gabbiani compresi); potresti non muoverti da casa per rilassarti e fare vita di mare (scendi da una breve scalinata con accesso al mare). Ristorante sugli scogli appena sotto ma nessun fastidio (almeno nel periodo da me prenotato eventualmente un plus per fare cena romantica). Le foto presentate su Booking corrispondono alla realtà!

Contro: E' compreso un comodo posto auto protetto e recintato nel centro del paese e non nel complesso dove si trova la casa (circa 500 metri). Esiste la possibilità di scaricare e caricare la macchina all' interno del complesso accordandosi bene su orario di arrivo, attenzione che spostarsi in macchina in Zoagli non è confortevolissimo

Pro: The view was amazing!! We had everything we could have needed in the property. There were spare blankets and pillows as well as all the typical kitchen utensils you would use at home. There was additional cleaning supplies and toilet paper (very important!). Overall, I would say that this is one of the best properties I have stayed in.

Contro: Not a complaint but this location is not for those with mobility issues. I mean overall, not just this property. There are steps and steep slopes all around the location/town.

Pro: Великолепные виды из окна, море и пляж в 1 минуте от двери. Просторные апартаменты, все необходимое в наличии. Тепло и комфортно. Живописный променад вдоль моря, каменные пляжи с гротами и чистой водой. Магазины близко, ресторан есть внизу на пляже тоже в одной минуте от дома. Конец сентября - в соседних апартаментах и домах почти никого не было, тишина и покой. Тихий городок, где можно приятно погулять. Портофино, Чинкветерра недалеко. Очень красивый, живописный регион

Contro: Оборудование и мебель не новые, но впечатление это не портит. Все работало, проблем не было. Парковка в 5 минутах пешком от дома, но для погрузки-разгрузки можно подъехать прямо на территорию поближе

Pro: joli appartement avec une situation exceptionnelle, à deux pas de la mer, dans un petit hameau pas trop touristique!

Contro: les équipements ne correspondent pas toujours aux promesses, on a eu une place de parking grâce à la gentillesse de notre logeur et il n'y avait pas beaucoup d'équipement de cuisine.. un peu cher pour l'appartement que c'était, on paie probablement la situation les pieds dans l'eau!
