Great I would choose it again.

Pro: A lot of space and facilities. The owner is kind and helpful. Having a card, which allows you to park in moneglia with your car was a great bonus. It safes money and nerves.

Contro: There are a lot of mosquitoes in the area. So it was difficult to keep the rooms mosquitoe free.

Pro: Accueil très sympathique : conseils de restaurants, petits cadeaux d’arrivée. Le logement est calme, propre, et fonctionnel. Un espace extérieur agréable. Bien situé pour profiter de la région et des cinques terre.

Pro: Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es ist alles da in der Wohnung was man braucht.

Contro: Wie waren Ende August Anfang September die Mücken haben uns praktisch aufgegessen. Besorgt euch sämtliche Sprays, Kerzen und alles mögliche

Parfait, il faudrait rester 1 mois pour tout faire.

Pro: La location correspond parfaitement au descriptif. Le logement est bien situé, aussi bien pour visiter les Cinque Terre, que Pise, Lucques, Carrare. Il est possible d'aller à la mer ou dans la montagne. Une gare dans le village permet de se déplacer facilement. Le logement est calme, au milieu des oliviers. Graziella, l'hôtesse, est accueillante, fournit de bons conseils. Il est possible d'acheter de la très bonne huile d'olive de sa production.

Contro: Tout était bien.

Pro: Die Vermieterin ist unglaublich nett, sie hat uns ein paar Mal Tomaten vorbeigebracht und nach einer Woche angeboten, Bettwäsche und Handtücher auszutauschen. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine Flasche Olivenöl aus eigener Herstellung. Die Wohnungen (wir hatten beide Wohnungen innerhalb der Familie angemietet) sind sehr liebevoll italienisch eingerichtet und wir haben in der Küchenausstattung gar nichts vermisst. Die Dusche ist super, das Bett bequem, Parkplätze sind am Haus und das Gelände ist sehr urig im positiven Sinne. Hunde sind willkommen. Es steht eine Waschmaschine bereit.

Romantische Unterkunft mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Pro: Sehr ruhige Lage inmitten von Olivenbäumen mit Aussicht auf das Meer, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, ist sogar extra gekommen, um uns die Heizung zu erklären.

Contro: Hellhörig zur Nachbarwohnung (falls belegt).
