Ottima per dei giorni di relax in famiglia o con amici.

Pro: Bellissima casa con bellissima vista. Ottima per soggiorni in famiglia, oppure con amici. Casa molto spaziosa, luminosa e arredata con buon gusto, ancora più bella di come si vede dalle foto. Silenzio assoluto. Casa molto calda grazie alla stufa a pellet ed il caminetto. Cucina molto grande attrezzata con tantissimi utensili/pentole/bicchieri. Host gentilissima e molto cordiale. Nota di merito alle decorazioni di natale e all'illuminazione che rende la casa ancora più accogliente. Attenzione: l'indirizzo fornito è giusto, ma google maps non porta alla posizione giusta. Quando sarete quasi arrivati, tenete d'occhio i numeri civici. La casa si vede bene dalla strada alla curva prima.

Contro: Sarebbe comodo un divano a piano terra. Giardino condiviso con l'host.

Proprietà stupenda, casa davvero grande e confortevole ! Dalle foto non rende, assolutamente consigliata !

Pro: A wonderful place away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Unforgettable view of the valley and surrounding hills. Well-equipped house, with a spacious living room and kitchen. Very friendly and helpful owner. Our stay was full of positive impressions and experiences. Many thanks to the nice Svetlana for her help and hospitality.

Nice place, nice property

Pro: The villa is nicely finished and offers a lot of space in all the beautiful rooms.

Contro: The property has no fence or entry gate, and the entrance is a bit difficult for a sedan.

Zee, zon en natuur in een prachtig verblijf

Pro: De locatie vlakbij Giucano en Fosdinovo is fantastisch: prachtig uitzicht op de heuvels en zee, heerlijke tuin en rust. Je zit op 30 minuten reisafstand van de zee, steden en hogere bergen. Svetlana heeft ons goed en zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. Ze is heel gastvrij en heeft ons steeds weer voorzien van verse biologische producten als courgettes, tomaten, meloen en brood. Dank daarvoor! De keuken is fijn en ruim om in te koken. De hoofdslaapkamer is een fijne grote ruimte en de airco was zeker nodig. Wij hebben genoten.

Contro: De taalbarrière was soms lastig (ze sprak Italiaans en wij Engels), maar met Google Translate kwamen we eruit. De kleine slaapkamer op de begane grond bleef erg warm. Ik zou daar wellicht een vaste airco plaatsen. Je kan vanuit twee richtingen de oprit op rijden. Vanuit het noorden goed te doen, vanuit het zuiden is de bocht lastig te maken, moet je een paar keer keren en raak je soms met de bodem van je auto de rand van de weg (omdat er een hoogteverschil is tussen weg en oprit). Dat zou ik zelf opvullen, dat hoogteverschil.

Schöne große Wohnung mit wundervollem Ausblick

Pro: Wir waren hier als Gruppe von Freunden und diese Wohnung war für diesen Zweck perfekt! 3(!) Badezimmer und mehrere Schlafmöglichkeiten. Besonders gemütlich fanden wir die große, zentrale Küche mit großem Esstisch, neben einem gemütlichen Ofen. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt. Svetlana, die Gastgeberin ist sehr liebenswert und kümmert sich perfekt! :-) Nicht zu vergessen: DER Ausblick ins Tal und auf das Meer. Gerne kommen wir einmal wieder!

Pro: Cicha i spokojna okolica, super miejsce jako baza wypadowa a co najważniejsze super gospodyni. Przemiła i sympatyczna służąca pomocą i wszelkimi informacjami.
