Domus: modern Loft in the center of Parma

Pro: Struttura centralissima e molto bella; tutto era in perfetto ordine e pulito; trovare le chiavi è stato facile, così come fare il check in. La consiglio sicuramente.

Accogliente, centrale e unico nel suo genere

Pro: Posizione e arredemanto. Perfetto per gruppi di amici, ma anche per una famiglia.

Contro: Posizione stupenda. Essendo in centro, Molti rumori notturni (sopra a ristoranti e bar).

Pro: La case è stupenda ed è in pieno centro storico di parma. Ideale per un gruppo di 4/6 persone vicinissima a tutti i servizi. Cucina con tutto l'occorrente per cucinare e fare caffè.

Contro: Purtroppo lontano da parcheggi gratuiti e in piena ZTL,attenzione alle multe. Purtroppo 2 rubinetti del bagno erano rotti quando siamo arrivati e quindi inutilizzabili, siamo stati costretti ad usare il secondo bagno. Divano letto non proprio confortevole.

Pro: Appartamento pulito, molto bello , curato nei particolari ,ben accessoriato e in ottima posizione!

Contro: Senza ascensore: tre piani di scale con valigia sono faticosi

Pro: Appartamento capiente ed arredato con gusto con materiali di prima scelta. Il tutto in una posizione ineguagliabile, in pieno centro, ma al tempo stesso silenziosissimo.

Pro: Awesome location. Everything was an easy walk within 10 minutes. Very modern apartment considering the age of the buildings in the town centre. Very nice.

Contro: Just lugging our big bags up the stairs, really, but it was expected given the age of buildings were probably built before lifts were available.

Parma by hand

Pro: It's an apartment after renovation - contemporary style with new facilities and very good location - all historical places, all shops and many restorants were by hand that is hepled us to round all by the night. The apartment was very clean with comfortable beds and restrooms with all is needed. We saved a good emotions to stay there.

Contro: Nothing to declare, all was on high level.

Our host Nicola was very accommodating in allowing us a slightly later checkout. A wonderful stay.

Absolutely fantastic apartment with stunning design in the heart of Parma!

Pro: We had an amazing stay at this beautifully designed apartment right in the center of Parma. Before check-in, the host provided us with the most detailed and helpful instructions we’ve ever received - everything from how to get to the apartment and where to park (since it’s in a ZTL zone), to recommendations for local food and restaurants. We visited one of the suggested places and were absolutely blown away by the food - a truly unforgettable experience! The guide also included practical tips, such as how to find amenities in the apartment (like the washing machine) and how to sort the garbage properly. Even when we had questions during our stay, the host responded very quickly with clear and detailed answers. Every detail was carefully thought through, making our stay smooth, easy, and completely stress-free. Highly recommended!
