Pro: Un bellissimo posto per riposarsi negli Appennini.

Pro: it is located in a very remote spot right in the nature, very calm and perfect for relaxation and deceleration. and because there is no real internet and cellular network, you can detox. the host is perfect, helpful and gives you wonderful hints to hidden gems to explore - like waterfalls, trails or spots to take a swim in the river. the casa offers a lot of space with nice furniture and details, without a very high standard.

Contro: if you need internet thru wifi, you need to walk to the other buildings. the casa itself is 100m walk away from the main buildings and also from the pool. the pool is usually used by the other guests and small. but we rarely used it anyway. main issue was the moisture in the lower floor and bedroom. it was not suitable to use but we could use upstairs, where is a lot of space.

Wild romatische Villa

Pro: Super Lage in mitten der bergigen Natur, mit dem rauschen des Flusses, romantisch , wild ... Viel Platz mit gut ausgestatter Küche. Sehr liebevoll mit Hausekt als wilkommens Gruß , ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Contro: Leider sehr kalt und trotz Pelletsoffen hatt es eine Weile gedauert bis Küche und Wohnzimmer angenehm warm waren , der Rest des Hauses wurde nicht warm ... Kommen gerne zu einer wärmeren Jahreszeit in diese wunderschöne Haus wieder ....

Urlaub in den Bergen

Pro: Es ist ein schönes großes geräumiges Haus mit einer sehr schönen Terrasse im oberen Stock. Der Pool ist sehr sauber mit einer tollen Aussicht. Ideal für Kinder ab ca. 7 Jahre, weil die Wassertiefe ca. 1m ist. Die Nachbarn waren auch sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür. Wenn man Probleme hat, kam Alessandro sehr schnell und hat geholfen.

Contro: Leider war der Internet Empfang sehr schlecht. Wenn überhaupt war nur in direkter Nähe vom WLAN ein Signal. Das Einladen der Webseiten hat ewig gedauert.... Die Matratze vom Doppelbett im EG war eine Katastrophe. Ich habe darin sehr schlecht geschlafen. Diese sollte unbedingt getauscht werden. Für den Außenbereich waren nur zwei Liegestühle vorhanden. Das ist zu wenig. Die Anfahrt zum Haus (ca. 20min) ist nur etwas für sehr erfahrene Autofahrer. Die steilen Serpentinen verlangen alles ab. Hier ist Vorsicht geboten. Beide Badezimmer sind sehr klein. Das im EG ist super klein und eng. In die Duschkabine kommt man kaum rein. Weiterhin gibt hier es kein Fenster und keine Belüftung.

Liebevoll ausgestattete Villa in herrlicher Naturlandschaft

Pro: Sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe und Kunstsinn ausgestattete Villa in herrlicher Landschaft. Sehr gemütlicher Wohnbereich, Veranda mit fantastischem Blick. Pool vor Partnervilla in eigenem abgezäunten Bereich nur 150m entfernt.

Contro: Bäder sind ordentlich und sauber, aber sehr einfach. WLAN wohl aufgrund der sehr ländlichen Lage O.K bis gut, aber nicht perfekt.
