Consiglio per un rapido soggiorno

Pro: Appartamento abbastanza pulito ed in generale moderno. Diversi posti letto a disposizione, bagno e servizi superiori alla media. Facile il contatto con la proprietaria per il ritiro delle chiavi. Senza dubbio consiglio per un soggiorno rapido.

Soggiorno top

Pro: Appartamento molto carino, spazioso, con tutti i comfort necessari e il parcheggio privato. Francesca è stata molto gentile, disponibile e attenta ai dettagli. Ci ha fornito molte informazioni e consigli utili per il soggiorno. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Consigliatissimo :)

Pro: Proprietaria super gentile, disponibile e accogliente, ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno. Letti molto comodi ma singoli (tendevano a separarsi un po’), casa spaziosa e cucina ben fornita di pentole e accessori. Ottimo bagno appena ristrutturato e molto spazioso.

Contro: Consiglierei di mettere le zanzariere alle finestre, in quanto essendo un piano parzialmente interrato tende a fare caldo e bisogna poterle aprire senza temere zanzare o altro.

Large apartment with private parking

Pro: Place was very spacious and well stocked. The parking is a huge plus, private and inside of a gate. Beds were very comfortable. The garden is nice and I would have taken more advantage with my toddler if the weather was warmer or drier. Host is very fast with communication and available.

Contro: Extraction for cooking and in the bathroom would be beneficial. It is a lower level apartment and very humid, perhaps more so due to rain during our stay. No shower curtain made for a cold shower, but the tub is huge so that can be used if preferred. That said, these were not things that would deter us from returning.

Pro: It was very clean, comfortable and close to the bus station. Host Francesca and her son was very nice and helpful

Pro: Francesco was an excellent host, willing to help us in any way. Short walk to the bus into the ferry terminal and short walk to get groceries. The room facilities were excellent 👌 and had a great coffee machine.

Lovely place, lovely hosts

Pro: The apartment is big and it has everything that you may need. It has hair dryer, an iron, washing machine, microwave, stove, coffee machine, lots of clean towels, coffee, oil and seasonings for your food, detergent for clothes and for cleaning and the rooms are clean too. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is very modern and has a big bath tub. The rooms have AC. I think this apartment is perfect for both short and long stays. And the sweetest detail of the apartment is the photo collage of the family pictures above the sink area. The hosts are a family of four, very sweet and reliable people. The little boy knows english very well and will help so you and the hosts can communicate well. They have helped us with everything that we needed and were very understanding with us. They are very good and friendly people. We would 100% come back here and we would recommend this accommodation with love for anyone. Very good value for money.

Good location for our adventure to the Cinque Terre.

Pro: Location was good being outside of town a bit. Very clean with good supplies and facilities. Wonderful hosts to help us with parking and keys.

Contro: We had a big issue with mosquitoes and bugs so couldn’t leave windows open and it did get quite warm in the apartment.

Pro: Very helpful hosts… clean property . Feel like a home . Big rooms, parking 👍🏻
