Ottimo appartamento.

Pro: Tutto gomevda descrizione, casa nuova ed accessoriata di tutto.

Contro: Potrebbe essere più insonorizzata con l appartamento attiguo. Si sente troppo gli altri inquilini. Basta poco.

Pro: Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti in questo appartamento e ne siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Le stanze pulite,spaziose e confortevoli.Parcheggio comodissimo, gli arredi bellissimi, ma scelti con gusto. Comodo, confortevole, pulito e completo di tutto il necessario. La proprietaria Francesca e simpaticissima ed e molto disponibile. Lo consiglio al 100%, ci ritornerò.

Pro: Praticamente tutto, veramente impeccabile, la signora gentilissima e disponibilissima, la posizione è ottima, vicinissimo alla stazione La Spezia migliarina, la casa è grande, pulita ed ha tutto ciò di cui una persona può aver bisogno! Ci ritornerò presto

Very nice house with owner very attentive to guests

Pro: Very friendly owner, helpful with directions, welcoming us with water and light yogurts for morning, also coffee Very beautiful house and neighborhood also having inside court free parking, very quiet and peacefully

Contro: Expensive at 150 euro/night, was most expensive non hotel rent in this summer for us, during a 15 days travel and having various rentals at Como, Garda, Florence, Pisa, Milano, etc.

Pro: The host was really helpful and friendly. The appartement is exactly what you see and in perfect situation for vacancies in the 5 Terres or Pisa. Everything is super clean and really convenient. We will come back and recommend it. Pierre

A little bit strange place for us.

Pro: The room was rather big, with good mattress and pillows, there was a private parking. The girl Lucia met us and gave the key when we arrived, without delay. The host sent in whatsapp details about the address and recommendations for near shops and restaurants.

Contro: It’s not a separate apartment, it’s a part of a house where kitchen, bathroom and 1 bedroom are separated from the rest house by 2 closed doors. Firstly we even didn’t understand it and thought that these 2 doors are the other rooms and guests from them use the same kitchen and bathroom. Later we realized it. The doors are closed and you can’t manage them, they can be opened only from the other side. We hope that nobody lives there, but you can’t feel 100% safe because of this. The photos on booking don’t include the corner with them. It seems that previously host lived there with her family and now they provide the part of the house for guests. Some facilities are rather old, not everything is very clean, there is a lot of kitchen stuff, many personal photos with her husband and kids on the walls. Barbecue zone indicated as a facility can’t be used as we understood, because it full of personal stuff. We didn’t need it, but it should be taken into account. Pay attention that there is no A/C. For the second night the humidity was very high and our sleeping was awful. There is no mosquito nets on the windows and there were a lot of mosquitos inside.

Pro: Appartement spacieux et très propre. Communication agréable et rapide avec l’hôte.

Contro: Rien, ( peut être le manque de climatisation à cette période, mais en ouvrant les fenêtres la nuit cela est confortable)
