Casa vacanze Cu'mme

È una buona opzione per qualche giorno.

Pro: La casa non è in centro, ma ci sono riuscita facilmente dalla stazione ferroviaria. Era anche facile raggiungere il centro, il porto e Portovenere. L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario; potresti vivere come a casa tua per giorni. C'è una ferrovia dietro casa, quindi se hai il sonno leggero, questo potrebbe non essere il posto giusto per te.

Contro: La tecnologia moderna è fantastica, ma quando non funziona, può essere un po' fastidiosa. Grazie per il tuo rapido aiuto.

Pro: L'appartamento si trova a 3 km circa dal centro di La Spezia con possibilità di parcheggio gratuito in zona. Comodo per chi vuole visitare le cinque terre, Portovenere, ecc... essendoci la possibilità di prendere l'autobus sulla stessa via della struttura. Ci sono due letti singoli, da unire se si vuole un matrimoniale. Facile accesso con il self check-in. Consigliato

Pro: Posizione vicino al centro città, cortesia del proprietario, letti comodi, appartamento spazioso, elettrodomestici e cucina a disposizione.

Contro: Purtroppo la rete elettrica è utilizzabile solo quando la chiave è inserita nel quadro, quindi quando si esce non è possibile lasciare gli eventuali apparati elettronici personali a ricaricare (cosa molto importante per i soggiorni di un giorno).

Pro: Mi è piaciuta l’accoglienza e la pulizia. La zona non è delle migliori ma molto vicino alla stazione di La Spezia Migliarina raggiungibile in 15min a piedi.

Contro: L’unica nota negativa è che non c’era l’acqua fredda, non so come mai. Per il resto davvero ottimo

Comfortable stay

Pro: Apartment was very spacious and had lots of amenities to help make for a comfortable stay.

Contro: The entrance to the apartment building is accessed from a slim pedestrian part of the road (the actual footpath stops before getting to building) which just made it tricky with bags and trying to keep clear of cars coming around the corner further up. Whilst the apartment in general was clean, we noticed the floor would make our feet and socks dirty.

Pro: Clean, cozy place. There is everything you need (enough dishes, iron, hair dryer, washing machine and more). The apartment is not in the city center. But it is a 15-minute walk from the La Spezia Migliarina train station. This allowed you to quickly and easily get to the Cinque Terre National Park Cinque Terre . Also there is a bus stop to Biassa next to the house is (for trekking funs). It is noisy outside the windows (there are railway tracks and a road nearby), but for some reason it did not bother me. I liked everything.

Contro: Additional registration is required.

Great and comfortable place for workation

Pro: The apartment is pretty spacious and comfortable. It has a well equipped kitchen, washing machine, big fridge, and AC. There was a good Internet connection. The garden was a great benefit. It is quite close to the train station from which you can take trains to Cinque Terre cities. Bus stop is also close. There were extension cords and adapters for Italian sockets.

Contro: There was no posibility to wash your clothes when you were off the home, a key turns electricity but it's understandable. The apartment is quite far from the centre so you have to be aware that if you are out late you'll probably need to talk nice 1h walk back as there are no buses after 23. :D Also, there were two separate small beds - we asked for joining them, and they were not joined. But this is only nitpicking, and the overall experience was great.

Pro: Habitación amplia con ventilador. Cama bastante comoda. Aire acondicionado. A menos de 15 min de la estacion. Justo al lado parada de bus para Portovenere.

Contro: Por la ventana entraba luz. Esta justo al lado de la carretera y se escuchaban los coches. Ducha con poca presion y el agua se salia por los lados. EN GENERAL HE ESTADO MUY BIEN.

Very good, would stay again.

Pro: Clean, spacious, washer, kitchen, easy access to bus routes…would highly recommend.

Contro: A bit out of town but easy access to all areas surrounding La Spezia

Pro: Wonderful little apartment, just what we needed. There is an amazing pizza restaurant down the street!
