Pro: Ottima posizione, appartamento davvero spazioso con una vista bellissima.

Piacevole vacanza

Pro: L’attico è spazioso e luminoso e gode di una splendida vista sulla spiaggia di Levanto. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il terrazzo su cui si può pranzare comodamente. La posizione è ideale per muoversi a piedi e raggiungere le Cinque Terre ma anche Bonassola e dintorni. Host molto disponibili e gentili.

Contro: Nulla, eravamo consapevoli dei quattro piani di scale che si affrontano senza problemi

Pro: Vista, pulizia, tre docce utilissime essendo 5 ragazze

Secret Gem 💎

Pro: Convenience to everything. Very clean and spacious. Host very kind and approachable. Town people are lovely. Levanto is beautiful. And a great spot to explore cinque terre. Unknown gem.

Contro: We are pretty fit and healthy - so nailed the stairs, so wasn’t a problem for us - but may be an issue for some.

Very spacious amazing apartment

Pro: Fantastic location, very spacious and practical , AMAZING balconys and kitchen was well equipped although toaster wasnt working., also great communication with rep deborah for apartment to check in.

Contro: Pillows on bed too soft, easy to bang head in kitchen with the lower ceilings there.

Fantastic penthouse with view of the sea stunning

Pro: Incredible location with stunning view of the sea. super close within walking distance to beach and shops. Loft style penthouse fresh clean and nicely decorated. Balcony was inviting with a glass of wine in hand. Kitchen was so well organised and immaculate, really impressive. Had all the bells and whistles almost!

Contro: Just a suggestion, Extra seating in the lounge area like bean bags or large cushions for reading away from TV would be great? It was challenging get the keys after a long drive with no coverage but eventually with help from a local we were united with the agent who raced down to meet us. He was great really helpful and accommodating. Main bedroom bathroom shower head needed maintenance unfortunately wasn't fixed while dishwasher was??? Hand SOAP!! I mentioned this to the agent and still nothing arrived. No shampoo or conditioner sachets which I thought was a bit tight considering the price! We stayed in similar accommodation and they all had something available for the days required at least. otherwise a great stay and still recommend.

Overall lovely apartment and area. Proximity to beach and shops/restaurants a real bonus.

Pro: Across the road from the beach and within ten minutes walking distance from town centre. Beautiful view from living area/terrace. Fully equipped with all we needed. Very comfy bed. Safe area.

Contro: Needs a refresh/ deeper clean - some areas of the apartment were dusty, bathroom mirrors not clean, tiles in bathrooms need cleaning, some utensils in drawers still had food on them. Too many steps and no lift to top floor - which can’t be helped.

Pro: We really enjoyed the nice view from the balcony and the placement of this penthouse was perfect. Your staff (Debora) was also really nice.

Best place to stay for summer vacation in faboulous Italy.

Pro: Excellent view, very good location, friendly host and welcoming staff.

Contro: Spacious and comfortable to live for a big family. We were not willing to leave the place for travel:)

Stellar penthouse but not without shortcomings

Pro: The penthouse was as described and as great as all the reviews had mentioned in terms of location, views and facilities. The view was truly fabulous that I was ready to turn a blind eye to some of the property's faults and would stay here again in a heartbeat! I didn't mind the long climb up the stairs and in fact, liked it for all the cardio exercise it provided. As a chef, I give the kitchen 5 stars for functionality and organisation (even the knives were decently sharp). I would probably add a hook by the sink to hang a tea towel. The free parking space was a premium bonus, as were the lemons and oranges just there to be picked from the trees.

Contro: Being a penthouse property with no lift, I would suggest (as a gesture of hospitality) a bottle of water for each guest as a welcome drink. I didn't mind the lack of toiletries as I always bring my own when travelling but for the cost of accommodation, I thought it should offer the basic shampoo, conditioner and body soap bundle. As mentioned in other reviews, the lack of something to place or hang clothes in the bathroom of the main guest room could be cumbersome. The double shower stall is impressive and indeed rare to find in a rental but I thought the cleaners should put extra effort on the grouts and glass enclosure. Also please check the access to Netflix as we were unable to connect.
