Pro: La casa pulita, vista mare, ben attrezzata. Da qui in 10 minuti si può prendere il treno per le 5 terre e noleggiando una bici usufruire della ciclabile che va da Levanto a Framura,5 km. Il paese è carino e ha una bella spiaggia.

Contro: Il punto informazione a Levanto non ha promosso molto il suo territorio, ci ha messo in mano gli orari del treno e via, mentre le ragazze del punto alla stazione del treno molto gentili e ci hanno dato molte informazioni per visitare le 5 terre.

Fabulous sea views

Pro: Close to beach and town centre with fabulous sea views

Spacious apartment with great see view after some stairs

Pro: We loved the view from the terrace. This can be enjoyed at only ~1m width, but we positioned the table so that 4 persons could see it during dinner. The windows of the living room also look to the see. Sleeping and waking up with the sound of the see was really cosy. The apartment is spacious: 2 bedrooms, living room and another bed in the corridor. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also parasol, surf mat available. Even though we never met the staff they were really friendly: we immediately received replacement for the clothes hang dryer and sheets after having some minor issues with them. The construction of the building is really unique. The beach is within 3-10 min walk (small pebble/sand).

Contro: There are really many stairs. We expected this based on previous reviews thus it wasn’t a problem for us. (For those who need the exact details: To get to the flat you need to take an elevator to floor 7 and then walk up ~15 stairs. There are also 1-2 stairs inside the apartment between the rooms. A baby stroller can be left on floor 7 at a public area in case necessary.)

Pro: Great view from one room, free parking, perfect contact with the owner, very spacious, well equipped

Simply furnished flat, great view, good location; not for babies/toddlers/limited mobility.

Pro: The view from this apartment's living/dining room and large patio is absolutely stunning, as shown in photos. A daily delight. Apartment is spacious, bedrooms large, beds comfortable. The location of the building is ideal, in a quiet residential area, yet a short walk to the beaches and to the town centre. Kitchen well equipped (mostly—no kettle!). Plenty of hot water for showers etc. The host Umberto is kind and helpful, and responsive to any issues.

Contro: Not for people with babies/toddlers (as we were!) or mobility issues: On 7th floor, small lift, AND there is another flight of stairs after the lift. Small issues, easy to fix: 1. Some of the instructions (about trash, gate key, etc) should be written more clearly. 2. Bright light from communal hall shines through window above front door, & through glass bedroom door, all night long. Need to hang towel to block. 3. No electric kettle in kitchen. 4. Caffé machinettas old/not working. BUILDING: 1. Single small lift for whole building, often you need to wait. 2. Need to walk up/down three flights of stairs at the very top of the building to deposit trash or reach parking.

Big appartment close to the beach

Pro: The location of the apartment is very good with easy access to groceries, the beach, town center, and train station. The apartment is well equipped and clean. There is plenty of room and a nice view from a terrace. Hosts were easy to communicate with and willing to help.

Contro: Sometimes there was quite a noise from neighbors Up and next to our apartment, but never for too long. Instructions for recycling and dealing with rubbish were not clear.

Pro: L emplacement est exceptionnel et la ville très agréable

Grand appartement ,idéalement placé avec une superbe vue sur la baie de Levanto.

Pro: Self check-in par messagerie booking ou par WhatsApp très efficace.Nous n'avons malheureusement pas rencontré l'hôte mais les échanges ont été très sympathique. Appartement spacieux,bien équipé et salon avec vue sur la mer. La terrasse est grande et malgré un séjour pluvieux,nous avons apprécié l'emplacement.
