Pro: Appartamento nel centro del borgo di Monterosso, tenuto molto bene e arredato ottimamente. Bagno piccolino ma ci si convive tranquillamente. 5 minuti per andare alla spiaggia a dir tanto, forse meno. Sei vicino a qualunque cosa ti serva. Divano letto tra i più comodi in cui ho dormito, oltre al letto ovviamente. Il proprietario Maurizio disponibilità e informazioni da 10 e lode.

Consigliatissimo!
Pro: La posizione è davvero ottima, centralissima e a pochi passi dalla stazione, perfetta per muoversi a piedi e godersi la città. L’appartamento è piccolo ma molto accogliente, ben organizzato e davvero ben rifornito: ci sono tantissime stoviglie, una caffettiera, piani cottura e persino una lavatrice, il che lo rende adatto anche a soggiorni più lunghi. È molto luminoso e l’atmosfera è calda e piacevole. Anche il Wi-Fi e la TV funzionano perfettamente. L’host è stato super gentile e disponibile, cosa che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più sereno. Eravamo in 4 per un breve soggiorno e ci siamo trovate comodamente, anche se per gruppi potrebbe risultare un po’ piccolo per periodi molto lunghi. Una sistemazione davvero consigliata, ideale per brevi soggiorni ma attrezzata anche per restare più a lungo. Ci tornerei volentieri!
Contro: Le lenzuola avevano alcune macchie, così come il divano, ma nulla di troppo grave o che abbia compromesso la nostra esperienza. Sono piccoli dettagli che si potrebbero facilmente sistemare.

Perfetto per un po’ di relax :)
Pro: Posizione centralissima ad un passo da tutto! Accogliente e con tutto ciò di necessario.
Contro: La doccia anche se chiusa bene alla fine ti allaga il bagno che essendo piccolo risulta tutto bagnato. Tutte le finestre affacciano su luoghi frequentati quindi bisogna avere un occhio di riguardo, specialmente su due che si affacciano su una scalinata accanto la casa.

Perfetto per una notte al mare!
Pro: Posizione ottima, in centro al paese. Maurizio super cordiale e disponibile, ci ha accolto e consigliato alla perfezione. Perfetta per soggiorno breve!
Contro: L’odore intenso di fumo in casa e il bagno piccolo e un po’ obsoleto.

Pro: Even though it was relatively small for three people, I was very pleased with how the appartement was equipped. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals and hot drinks. Even sleeping on the couch was surprisingly pleasant.
Contro: I didn't feel it was safe leaving my valuables in the appartement, since the door could be easily opened with a code.

Pro: Small apartment right in the centre of town and near the beach. It looks like the place needs a deep clean, in particular the bathroom, and could potentially be worth more after some refurbishment. The bathroom is tiny but usable in all its functions with some manoeuvring. I was by myself, but I would find it difficult to use the bathroom if we were 4. I say difficult and not impossible and I gave an 8 to my review anyway for the location and the good price. I would be back if I had the chance.
Contro: The property does not have a balcony but a small step/patio area by the front door with a chair and an ashtray but has no privacy whatsoever as other properties are literally attached to you. I could hear all of my neighbours conversations but please remember this is a characteristic of the whole area where the stretch of land available is too narrow because of the proximity to the mountains and have not enough space to build.

It was great for one night with friends
Pro: The location was close enough to the train station and it was very clean
Contro: the imagen were misleading as there is no view to the sea and the bathroom was extremely small
