Pro: La struttura è in un’ottima posizione, esattamente nel centro di Monterosso al mare. Suggestivo e bellissimo il centro del paese.

Contro: L’unica nota negativa della struttura è la pulizia.. Il locale è piccolo, ma confortevole per come è stato arredato, però il bagno ed il climatizzatore richiederebbero una pulizia più approfondita.

Pro: Location. Met expectations. Suitable for our needs. Secure. Clean.

Contro: No washing machine as stated. We were aware it was a small unit but it was difficult moving things around to change functions of the space.

Great stay

Pro: The apartment is very cosy but well equipped and with a comfortable pull down bed. Location is right in the heart of the village and a short walk to the beach. The host was really helpful with directions/information.

Contro: Check in is at 4pm which we found a bit late.

Great location and the stay was memorable

Pro: Location was great as well as quiet and Roberta was lovely

Contro: Air conditioning was really loud but necessary because the unit doesn’t catch any breeze. Bed folded down out of the wall but was comfortable but the tiny size of the room made in awkward to do anything especially if the bed was down

Pro: Very close to the shops and restaurants and beach. Great recommendations from Claudio for restaurants and activities. Really good value.

Contro: Water heater only worked for one shower. But the weather was hot,so cold showers were welcome. Unit very small and cramped when bed is folded out.

Pro: Location. It was super clean. It was fairly equipped.

Contro: Check out time didn't match the description , it says from 11 to 12 but I was told by the cleaning woman that check out finishes at 10.30 , I was very confused.
